vive les noeuds chez sunlu, deux bobines de PETG blanc achetés neuve scellés sous vide et boite d'origine, la première blocage au bout de deux, trois pièces, du coup, je test la deuxième, pareil, je décide de dérouler pour la réenrouler, une horreur, la machine ne risque pas de s'en sortir, fil coincé et plié du coup obligé de couper....dommage le rendu des pièces realisés est nickel..

Franchement ras le bol sur 10 bobines 3 avec des nœuds partout , inutilisable , dont une 4 ém ou le filament casse inutilisable aussi il y en a ras le bol , super pub sur le net qui cache une qualité dégeulasse

Very good filaments at good price.
Customer service, I would not say so. Raised two issues, one was with wrapped filament and one with wrong information about shipping and did not get responses after the first "Hi" ... If you get your filaments and have no issues then suggested but if customer service matters, be mindful.

Spool snapped in half, "not natural damage"
After almost 100 spools from Sunlu, one brand new spool snapped in 2 pieces in my AMS when loading it. Impossible to re-spool. I provided pictures of the incident and contacted support.
After 12 (!) emails back and forth the final answer was "I judge that it is not natural damage, and you need to bear it yourself."
It's fascinating that they'd go this far over a $12 roll of filament. I don't really care much about buying a new one but it will definitely not be from Sunlu.
If you have Sunlu rolls, make sure you glue them together before using them.

Falsche Zollangaben / Keine Kontaktmöglichkeit
Leider wurde das Zollformular mit den falschen Warenwerten ausgefüllt. Ich hatte CHF57.— (ca.60€) inkl. Versand bezahlt. Es wurde von Sunlu 116.58€ deklariert.
Deshalb sitze ich nun auf einer Zoll Rechnung von über CHF25.— fest.
Bei dem von mir bestellten Warenwert wären keine Zollgebühren fällig.
Leider kann man niemanden erreichen und auf das Problem wird nicht eingegangen.
SEHR SCHWACH!!!
Das PLA+ ist gut, jedoch werde ich zukünftig auf einen anderen Hersteller wechseln.

Open box return supplied as brand new
Ordered a brand new S4 drier and was sent an open box item that I can only presume was a customer return as the power cord is faulty. Having been in touch with their customer support and supplying photographic evidence which clearly proves it was open box, extra layers of tape etc, they eventually offered to refund 10% of the cost and to supply a new power lead. A month on and several emails later and they have done neither. Now pursuing a charge back through my credit card.

Service schlecht, Antworten unverständlich, Qualität ungenügend
Was die Filamente angeht, fühlt man sich doch etwas veräppelt. Erst lockt man mit Angeboten, die wirklich gut sind, bestellt und danach geht der Preis nochmals locker 30-40% herunter. Aus 2 Bestellungen, die ich im Abstand von 15 Minuten getätigt habe, werden 4 Teillieferungen gemacht. Davon waren diverse falsche Filamente (natürlich die billigeren) geliefert worden und der Filament Connector wurde einfach mal unter den Tisch gekehrt. Die Filamente wurden offensichtlich gut fotografiert und im Nachhinein überarbeitet, denn die Farben sind nicht annähernd wie man angibt. Alles im Vergleich zu anderen Lieferanten recht spröde und brüchig (Feuchtigkeit ?) Auf die Information der Falschlieferung wurde mit einem unverständlichen Englisch geantwortet, auf die Bitte um Erklärung und bessere Verständlichkeit kam der gleiche Kauderwelsch. Auf die erneute Bitte, den Differenzbetrag per Paypal Konto zurück zu zahlen, kam gar nichts mehr. Von daher kann ich jedem empfehlen, sich doch einen anderen Lieferanten auszusuchen, als Sunlu. Service also gar kein Stern, Lieferung einen und Filamentqualität einen. Ich rate dringend vom Kauf dort ab !!!!!!!

Meine bewertung bezieht sich auf den deutschen shop (endung: .com.de)
Habe am 20.8.24 eine Bestellung aufgegeben, die schon am 22.8.24 wie bestellt angekommen ist.
Das Filament lässt sich sehr gut drucken bei sehr gutem preis.
Freunde hatten die gleiche erfahrung.
Klare empfehlung.

Materialqualität stark schwanken, nicht geeignet für professionellen Einsatz
Druckqualität stark schwanken, nicht geeignet für professionellen Einsatz, starke Farbabweichungen bei PLA matt. Kundenservice katastrophal, lange Wartezeit, keine Informationen. Wir versuchen seit Wochen Informationen für eine Rücksendung zu bekommen.
Offensichtlich besteht kein Interesse an Kundenzufriedenheit. Schade. Wir wechseln zu anderen Herstellern.

I would like to share my experience with Sunlu as I had significant problems with delivery and customer service.
Customer service and support:
My main criticism is about the customer service. Despite multiple attempts to contact support and get information on shipping my order, I was left with no or very delayed responses to my inquiries. This is particularly frustrating as a prompt resolution to my delivery issues is urgently needed.
Delivery problems:
A serious problem was the delivery of my order. Although the shipment was announced electronically on 01/08/2024, I have not received any further progress or actual delivery until today, 06/08/2024. The lack of communication about the status of my order and the lack of a concrete shipping confirmation raise serious questions and detract from the overall experience.
Overall frustration:
To summarize, my experience with Sunlu has been one of great frustration. The inadequate customer service and unresolved delivery issues contribute to an overall very negative perception. I hope that Sunlu takes the necessary steps to address these issues and improve communication and delivery processes

My sunlu s9 printers not fit for purpose
My sunlu printer has been out of action since 2 June. I bought it m October 23 from Jayo and affiliated part of sunlu. The advert promised a 1 year warranty. I had sent several messages to the seller but completely ignored me .I also contacted sunlu technical China. They made me take it apart at the front and take pictures to conclude what I needed. They wouldn't tell me what I needed but today . Just said sorry we've got no parts! We can't help you. Nearly 2 months later . DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. SIMPLE

Won't accept a return even for a unused…
Won't accept a return even for a unused product. Customer service replies with the same line "not quality problem, the machine can not be returned after use, sorry" after I have explicitly told them that I have not used my product. It says even on their own return policy that unused products can be returned. Avoid at all costs.

Nothing But Issues (then Ghosted)
Nothing But issues with all 4 printers i purchased. Dead power supply, fgaulty power supplies that reset the printer, faulty motors on x and y axis.

After weeks of jumping through hoops to try to fix the issues they have ghosted me and do not respond to emails. All of this within the 1 weeks of owning the printers and 2 months of troubleshooting, so well within their refund period.

July 26th 2024 - Issued a full refund for the 4 printers. - Thank you, but I would have prefered to have these working to support my business.

Pessima scelta
Dopo nemmeno un anno dall'acquisto di una stampante 3D con poche stampe effettive, si è guastata. Al Contatto con l'assistenza non ho avuto nessun supporto per poterla aggiustare. Sembra non esserci assistenza in Italia.

There products nearly set my house on fire
I purchased a filadryer s4 from sunlu and it started to set on fire i contacted them i have photos of the plume of smoke that came from the unit and the melted wires after i unplugged it none of the fuses tripped and they never replied to my email your response to this review is poor and shows you didn't read the review or do not understand your products as this is not a printer its a filament dryer specifically the power cord and female 2 pin connector
