The best customer service EVER! I finally own a sauna because they made me feel so confident about my purchase.
I can't say enough about this company! I spent a long time humming and hawing over whether or not to get a sauna at all, and then over which sauna to get. It took way too long. . . we've all done it with something or other you know. (When really we could've bought the thing forever ago and have had it all along!) Oh well.
I figured I might as well reach out to someone and get a recommendation or at least some guidance in the right direction, regarding products and pricing and shipping. When I e-mailed Sunflare I got a reply pretty quickly, answering my questions and encouraging me to look up some more info on the site of specifics I was looking for, and helped me narrow down super fast what exactly I was looking for.
The site was actually awesome to use in comparison with most of the others I scoped out-- they all were just too like, corporate seeming?? It didn't feel like shopping but more like ordering from an old catalogue. But DJ (the person I talked to) made the whole conversation easy to understand, even though it was full with a bunch of model numbers and details.
She was patient and thorough in all she helped me with. I was worried I'd be one of those people who take up a bunch of time and never bought anything (even though she made sure I knew I wasn't annoying) but after our call and a look at some other sites I realized there was no way I was going to find a place that had done more research into their manufactures and who knew more about the products themselves than Sunflare.
Overall, they made me feel really confident in my purchase and even when the shipping times became longer than I'd hoped (only because of COVID obviously) customer service made sure that I knew where my products were and kept me aware of what they knew. So that made it stress-mostly-free.
The company worked on my behalf to get my sauna (and everything else I bought) to my home as easily as possible! I'm a pretty stressed out online shopper, and buying something so big without seeing it in person was kind of weird, but like i said they made it work and totally understood my hesitation and worry. I didn't feel any pressure or anything about buying/shipping/questions, etc.
In the end, my order came in, all was good, Sunflare checked in with me the whole time to make sure all was good. And now that I've written this I think I need to go have a warm up in my sauna!!! (Thanks you guys, especially DJ!)
