Excellent. Nice dress

Most IG stores abroad don’t really reply to inquiries or take care of making sure your order gets delivered after you pay, but Sundae Muse was amazing! My order took a bit longer to arrive so I just emailed them and they took care of everything and I got my order 1-2 days after! Also love their dresses ♥️ Ordered 4 already so far 🥰 all of them needed alterations tho 😅 mostly around the chest area and torso length probably because it was made for tall Aussies and I’m from the Philippines 🇵🇭 so I’m pretty short 😅 The price point isn’t too pricy as well but I hope they make vouchers more often for discounts especially for consistent buyers like me 😊 Keep up the good customer service Sundae Muse ♥️

The ‘No refunds” is not made clear enough on the website. I got a voucher instead of a refund (had to pay for parcel to be returned)
My second item I got with the voucher was terrible quality. Total rip off. I will not be purchasing from here again.

Amazing! I bought two dresses and they came within two days. Fit me perfect and quality of the dresses were unreal! Definitely will be shopping there again!!

I ordered three dresses from Sundae muse, after seeing them advertised on Instagram stories, and they are absolutely gorgeous!.

The quality is great, the dresses are very feminine and Sundae Muse delivered them within the time stated.

As I’m from the UK, I knew I’d have to pay a pricey shipping fee (which was approximately $60AUS/ £43-45). Therefore I needed to get my size right before ordering these items. I used their sizing chart on their website, then took my measurements at home with a tape measure.

I ordered three dresses, in a size 10 (as per the size charts on the website) and they all fitted me perfectly!.

Little piece of advice, the dresses can only be hand washed, so be careful how you clean them.

I’ve had lots of compliments, when wearing them, they make me feel super feminine and confident and I will would love to see Sundae Muse in the UK.

Overall the dresses are great quality, they have an amazing range to choose from and the styles are very flattering.

Shipping is expensive but items arrived in very good time and look amazing. I’ll definitely buy again.

Be careful of their return policy.
You won't get your money back at any point and they only offer a store credit for full price items. I love their dresses but won't be buying from them again because of their return policy.

I really like the clothing but did not get my order in time for my event :( Customer service was very nice and they sent it out the next day but I wish the estimated delivery time was more accurate.

The best. They were so quick to answer to any issue there was with the delivery and their product quality was unbelievable. I would definitely recommend and are excited to shop again ❤️❤️

I’m based in the UK and fell in love with their Xander dress, I emailed them on the off chance they could help me as I required the dress within 10 days! They replied extremely quickly and were unbelievably helpful, over the moon that within 7 days my order has arrived on my doorstep in England!! Will 100% order from them again as their shipping fee isn’t high at all when compared to how far and quickly it’s travelled. The quality of the dress is amazing and I could not be happier with the entire process of ordering to delivery. Beyond happy. Thank you so much.

Overall great experience with Sundae Muse. When I was shopping, the shopping cart has a note that says duties are covered but I got charged customs by DHL. I brought it up and got a curt response from an agent saying customs is NOT covered (docking 0.5 star here) but another agent was kind enough to help me look into the issue with the warehouse and offered a full refund!

I got 2 dresses but unfortunately one of them was out of stock. I was told there was an online glitch. I was glad to be offered a full refund or store credit +10%. I took the full refund, albeit knowing there would be foreign currency charges (docking 0.5 stars here for the unnecessary transaction).

The only other feedback I would have is the size filter on the website. Even after entering a particular size on the filter, I'm still being shown items that do not have my size. The search functionality isn't the greatest either.

Would I shop there again? Now that I know customs are covered, absolutely.

I ordered from the UK and it arrived within a week which I thought was really good! Dresses are of a really nice quality and the fit is perfect.
