The team at Sunlite have been very helpful throughout the process. From getting quote to the installation. Any queries I've had have been answered in a timely manner and always polite. It did take a few weeks to complete as I had internet problems but once that had been identified, things ran smoothly from that point. I'm now enjoying the benefits of my solar energy. I would recommend anyone in a position to take the opportunity to install solar.

I used Sun-Lite Group as they had extremely good reviews on TrustPilot. I am also very keen to use local companies, where possible, to support my local area.

The technical installation of my solar panels and batteries seems very good so far (we are one month in). The install was very neat and tidy. The trades people seemed very competent and knowledgable and put in long days to get the job done.

Communications is an area where this company could definitely benefit from improving. This is both communications between the company and customer and the company and their installers.

I asked for a 5kW inverter system, which was subsequently quoted for. When I queried why the correct DNO approval was not being sought for this size of inverter I was informed it was a mistake on the quote and a 3.6kW inverter was being installed. I was informed this would not be an issue as I only have 4.1kW generation capacity. I have since found out that the smaller inverter limits both the conversion from panels and batteries and so limits the overall power available to the house. Still, my bad for not finding out sooner and sticking to my guns.

I asked for the GivEnergy 9.5 battery to be installed. Without being informed before the day of installation, this was changed to 2 GivEnergy 5.2 batteries. I was told on site that I was lucky as I now had more available capacity to use. However, due to technical limitations the 5.2 batteries only have 80% Depth of Discharge, which means I am getting less capacity than requested. Perhaps this speaks to a lack of technical knowledge of the product being installed. I raised this issue with the installer and have accepted a small discount on the price, however this still diminishes my overall satisfaction with the system.

From the first site survey I pointed out that my roof had been repaired and I did not want my waterproof membrane breached. “Won’t happen” I was told. “The roofers always bring the cable in through the overlap of the membrane “. I was told a note was added to the instructions for the roofer. However, my waterproof membrane has been breached 4 times to allow the cables through. The roofer was very apologetic but what could I do; the damage has been done. There has been no mention of this by the company, despite the roofer informing the office. I mentioned it in an email to the office but it has never been mentioned again.

Overall, I am disappointed with this company. I now have a system which I think is less than it could have been. I’m hoping that water does not enter the loft space via the cables from the panels. The technical work seems good but if you need to be kept informed of what is happening and if you need time to consider changes made to the system then perhaps another company is for you.

Sunlite fitted my solar system consisting of panels, batteries and i-boost for hot water. The system has been fitted very professionally. The panels are aligned and look great, the i-boost keeps the water hot and the batteries are fantastic once the sun has gone down (I wish I had more battery) The system is fitted very tidy in the loft and all cables etc have been well placed. Fitting went ahead as planned and all mess was cleaned away. The fitters were a credit to the company.

Contacted a few Solar installers for my New panels and Battery system. Sun-lite were competitive but more importantly listened and provided a solution to what I wanted. The team of Tia, Sharon,Jamie and Romi were fantastic throughout as we went back and forth fine tuning the solution. On installation day the team were just as good. Quick, Professional and tidy. Lovin that at the moment my electric bill is no more than £1.15 per day. Thanks Sun-Lite Highly recommended.

had my panels ,inverter and batteries install on sept 22.
all done quickly and everthing on time as agreed.

The price was very competitive. The engineers were professional and carried out the installation with the minimum of disruption. Very pleased with quality of the work and the panels are working extremely well.

Very good quote for solar panels, inverter and battery. I was given an installation date which I was very happy with - not too long to wait. The installers came on time, they worked professionally and had the system up and running in the day. They were also friendly and amenable.

I had 2 solar batteries that were a part of a solar panel system that had died. They were so dead in fact that they were past recovering.
Sun-Lite sourced two alternative batteries and a replacement inverter / charger that was installed quickly by a highly efficient and friendly / helpful installation engineer.
I may well add to my battery stack - and I know who I’ll get in touch to do it.

I had solar panels with battery storage fitted by Sunlite. They are a very easy company to deal with and communication was very good. All the work people involved were excellent. I am very pleased with the quality of the installation.

From start to finish Tia, Romi & the team were very professional. Everything was delivered on time and exactly as described, never feeling over sold like some other quotes I received. On the morning of the installation Dave and the team turned up on time and did an excellent job, going above and beyond to make sure no wires were visible anywhere on the roof which is what I was a bit worried about. Even staying late to make sure we were totally happy with everything. I couldn't be happier with the price and or the job and would not hesitate to recommend Sun-Lite to any of my friends or family. I should probably explain what I had installed so here goes.
