DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased the Summit Tactical Bivvy and it arrived with a stuck broken zipper.
When I contacted them for a returns label refund on a clearly defective item, they answered after the 4th email and they refused to take responsibility.
Instead, they demanded that I pay £50 out of my own pocket to ship their faulty product back to them and if they deemed it broken they would refund me, but only if they deemed it so, Their service is a joke and they have no interest in following basic consumer rights.
I am now forced to pursue a Section 75/Chargeback under the Consumer Credit Act/Consumer Protection Agreement just to get my money back. Save yourself the stress and buy from a reputable brand that actually respects its customers.

I returned two items ordered separately but returned them on the same day. They chose to refund the tracksuit bottom only and have not messaged me about the refund for the top. When I have already received notification it has been returned to them. So why refund one and not the other? I have over 312k followers on social media I chose to come here first before I make a content about how you don't like refunding. Just read the comments here ppl are fed up of you holding their money. Can you send my refund please or do I have to make a story time about your brand? Order number - 21056689

A beautiful ending. This was an excellent series. How people change along the way. The ending was perfect with the magic of Warren :-) Dockers will learn a lot from this journey. There should be no hate with previous contestants, remember, its a game.

Bought a jacket but sent it back as it didn’t suit me unfortunately, the quality is outstanding and the buying and return process was effortless.

Love the ripstop windbreaker and the sun fade sweatpants! The fit is amazing on the windbreaker, and the quality and fit on sweatpants unreal! I have a few sweatpants from Represent and Cole Buxton, and this one is probably my favourite now!

Bought two t shirts both awful quality for the price point, understandably want to return both as unworn. Can’t get a reply or even access to returns portal. Very bad.

Ordered heavyweight sweatpants. Delivery was within a couple of days and the quality of the material is exceptional. Good to pick up some items while a sale is on. Top notch.

Love the fit on the longsleeve tees -- especially the close cut collar. The heavyweight fabric gives it structure amd makes it hang well. Perfect.

Excellent clothing. Dispatch has always been quick. I've loved every piece I've got from Summit for far. The hoodies have been amazing quality and fit, and the T shirts too (better than other brands I buy). Would like a windbreaker or a jacket at some point. Definitely would recommend!

Ordered the applique hoodie in steel grey, item arrived very quickly and the hoodie is perfect. Quality material, great fit and looks so good. Very pleased with it thanks

Genuinely 10/10 knitwear, first time I've spent that much on an item (full zip knit chunky knit) and it's just an incredible piece. Wish they had it in stock in grey in my size still.

Service also 10/10, I accidentally ordered more to try on and didn't note the website said sales items can't be returned. After contacting them they kindly allowed the return to be done. Very much appreciated.

Awful customer service. I ordered back in October and still haven’t received my order despite emailing multiple times, I have been told I can’t get a refund even though I haven’t received my order! Would never order through this site again!

I’m a regular customer at summit, 5 stars. Amazing as always🙌🏼

I’ve been a loyal customer of Summit, but this experience is honestly ridiculous. My parcel was left outside without my permission, got rained on all day, and the items arrived completely wet. When I reached out, the only response I got was basically, “our bags are waterproof” and “if you’re unhappy, return them.” No solution, no acknowledgement of the problem, nothing.

For a loyal customer, that kind of customer service is shocking. You’d expect them to actually help, not just brush you off. Really disappointing.

Can’t rate this brand high enough the quality is unmatched and everything fits so clean delivery’s are on point never had an issue would highly recommend
