Scam, absolute fraud. Furthermore, reviews written in this site also have a curious coincidence (when not 5 stars, is just “because the shipping took too long” but nothing on the company not the product)…and coincidentally there is no other way to contact the shipping company but with an email they never respond to and that also exists on Trustpilot called a scam.

I’ve bought a car paint pen that NEVER arrived to Mexico City. After 2 months, when contacting the company through email, I’ve got the same type of response that another review below from Oct 28th 2024 is claiming.

After the very first email , they’ve mention and I quote “ Since there are some shipping issues with your order #.
we have canceled the order for you and refunded the full amount.”

Of course no refund was ever received and, every email I sent to them about it, they shared the same bad cropped image of the alleged transfer with nothing but an amount and a date (that is not even the one from the supposed refund but according to the tracking Hub that they claim they use for shipping the product was in transit).

After a few more emails asking them (always in a polite manner) that I needed more information on the refund the identify it, I’ve got a “That's all we can offer.”

I really hope this review helps at least one person to avoid being scammed.

I received a text message from a Canadian phone number claiming to be from the US customs service saying that they needed a correct ZIP Code for my delivery. (My shipping address is in Italy, which does not have ZIP Codes) the text provided a link that appeared to be from the US Postal Service and the link came up with a fraud warning, the actual link was not to the US Postal Service ... on the officialUS Postal Service tracking site there is no record found of the shipping number provided. Emails to customer service were canned responses that did not address my pointed questions regarding the text and the shipping number, were replied automatically with a very cheery tone "we understand you're frustrated. You have not received your order yet. Please be patient." Three email messages were responded by similar messages completely ignoring anything I had written.

The design of this phone case is truly something to talk about. The silicone material is smooth and comfortable to hold. But the real star is the flower lanyard neck strap - it adds a pop of color and fun functionality. Plus, the touch-up paint pen is perfect for any minor scrapes or scratches. Highly recommended for any iPhone user!
