Recent Experience:
After conecting with CAH, Guru Energy, Manifestation Techniques & Abundunt Universe, I realised my learnings to Follow in future for Greatest Version of Me and I am dedicately following from today.

I got unbelievable benefits for those 21 days when I was doing cosmic healing classes. But I could not join the diamond batch due to some reasons.
But I wish I could join the classes regularly, then I would have been in a much better shape both mentally and physically.

I’ve been in this community @CAH almost a year ….Lots of eye opening through Sumit sir teachings,Mental &Physical blockage been removed via Matheran retreat.Via Daily Affirmation now could realising also money mindset change in my parents too ,Money manifestation happens,stuck money is been released through many years, DCM I see to it I don’t miss …Till now ive not learned the way sir teaches us to connect to universe,Abundance,golden prana,…Tons of Gratitude to Sir …n group energy…Truely blessed to be in this community of CAH

में 69 उम्र की हूं।मुझे knee प्रोब्लम हो गई थी।डॉक्टर ने नीचे बैठना,पालती मारना मना किया था। 2 महीने मेडिसिन खाने तथा फिजियो थैरेपी करने को कहा।थोड़ी low back problem होती थी,ज्यादा खड़े होने या चलने पर।बीपी की भी गोली 5महीने से खा रही थी।
लेकिन इस ग्रुप में जुड़ने पर 21दिनों में ही मैने दवा ना लेने का संकल्प लिया । सर और CAH family की एनर्जी से बिना दवा के मैं लगातार ठीक हो रही हूं
मेरे जीवन में money के तो miracles हो रहे हैं।
अब मैं पहले की तरह दूसरों पर आश्रित नहीं रहती मुझे खुद से प्यार,और self respect की कीमत पता चली है। मैं संभव,संतुष्ट ,स्वस्थ,divine की गाइडेंस में खुश हूं।

I joined Cosmic Abandance Hub family for some of my physical challenges as well as for spiritual and mental peace. Could cure my back pain of 20 years within a month after joining. Now not taking any medicines for it.
I had been for retreat at Jim Corbett and could do a treck of approximately 11 kms. Without knee pain which was also a big challenge for me.
Then did Kaya Kalpa course under the guidance of Sumit sir, which was a great experience and could loose 2 and half kg weight as well as could let go many emotional blockages of many years. May be those were the main causes for my many physical and emotional issues.
Recently completed my Omkar Initiation at Rishikesh. Which gave me tremendous experience of inner peace and contentment.

I felt very enthusiastic and energetic. Due to some personal engagements I was not regularly participating

I have experienced great shift in my mental outlook.Thanks to Sumit sir.He installed the faith in me to complete the walk in corbett,as I had balance issue due to my 3 brain operations.Also in his 21 day challange has helped me to overcome pain.If it is paining then one knows how to overcome pain. Cosmic healing has changed my life right from the 7 th day of joining.I understood very well in the first week itself that it's not a course it's a lifetime process which I need to follow till my last breath ,if I want to live healthy and happy life . I was suffering from endometriosis wherein the thickening of my uterus was increasing and I was having irregular periods rather I would say I was having bleeding throughout the month.I was undertaking allopathic treatment since two years. As long as I used to take medicines the bleeding used to stop but as soon as I stop taking medicine the bleeding would start .This process continued for two years then doctor advised me to go for DNC .After I underwent DNC the situation was little better but I didn't come out of it completely.Still the bleeding would happen eratically.
On 12 th March I joined Cosmic healing .It was just a coincidence that during that time my periods were due .Within one week I had my periods which continued only for 4 days which was very surprising for me,as I was always having on and off spotting before joining cosmic healing.Eversince till now I am having regular periods. It's been 5 months now .It is no less than a miracle for me. I am extremely happy and thankful to Cosmic healing process which has changed my life .

Everyday i am practicing Cosmic Child dance, Golden prana Visualization and Shava asana to activate energize and relax my body and growing 1%,which gives me instant high energy and peaceful mind for whole day and i am enjoying my work and healing journey.Thank you so much Sumit Sir and CAH family group energy.

In Chitt Shuddhi Sadhana After Starting Morning with 🕉 Chanting with Deep Breathing gives me more awareness about my body, mind and energy & to live in Present Moment.

Every Sunday we regular practice Hatha yoga which gives me Immense Peace, recharge my body and mind for a week and all hatha yoga Asanas and Kriyas increasing My Strength Stability and Stamina.

After maintaining Consistency I can feel the energy and blood Circulation in my body and Organas and i am going deep on Meditation day by day.

3dayd fasting awesome with high energy,calm,cool no cravings for food after long period I got fever high but it was high energy doing all routine work without hesitation.

I have been a high bp sufferer for quite a long time. Had taken number of doctor's treatments with no good results. Doctors don't reveal or treat basic root cause of the problem, and the number of tablets increase with passing of time.
With the meditation being conducted by Sumit sir, I got amazing results. At the end of every meditation, i find my bp back to normal, which never happens even with bp medicines.. Gratitude to sir, i shall be always indebted to him.

I was in extreme dipression and completely in my shell due to sever AVN problem of both hips for last almost three years. Only option all doctors advised is not to walk or stand due to severe pain and replace with artificial joints immediately.
After last four days and three days joining course before that, I feel better and am able to control my emotional imbalance quite a bit despite not been able to get into the CAH Practice on a 100% basis both time and commitment wise.
Seeds of positive transformation I can feel germinating.

The session was in very simple language easy to understand and follow. Excellent one. Thank you

I dont fast as I cant remain hungry for long time, but Day 1 fasting, I was full with high level of energy and didnot get the hunger craving. Day 2 also went without any problem inspite of taking classes as I am a teacher. After a long long time I did 2 days fasting, its because of Sumit Sir and the group energy and positives vibes.
