Shocking experience
Ordered a dress for my wife.... never received... I have emailed for an update.. nothing..emailed again for tracking details ...nothing .shocking . Next stop trading standards..

Absolutely no customer service, they do not respond in anyway to customer issues. Will have contact my credit card to get my refund!!!

They refused to reply to my emails
They refused to reply to my emails, after they didn’t send all my items - unfortunately I had to go via PayPal

They originally mailed me the wrong…
They originally mailed me the wrong size. So i emailed them to notify and i received no replies. So i mailed back my order and requested a refund because I wouldn't receive the dress in time for my event. I ended up paying $25 to ship this back. I never received my refund as requested and the company decides to ship me the correct size. The dress is nice quality. Just did not receive the right size in time.

Horrible workmanship
Good day,
I returned home today from a business trip and was super excited to try on my dress for a special event tomorrow only to see that this dress is trash!!
For $89 I am very disappointed.
Proof I was in travel till today and pics of the dress are attached to this email.

I payed for 2-4 days delivery, but it has arrived after 8 DAYS.
The dress is really nice, but not correct and punctual when I was EXACTLY NEEDED I haven't my order.
So disappointed.
