Wow. Coming from CNFans Sugargoo is like waking up a millionaire. Extremely fast qc pictures. Super fast stocking and very very cheap and reasonable shipping. Only thing I can point out is I had a few hidden fees when shipping the item to the wear-house but nothing much just a small fee. But yeah amazing company would 100% buy from them again and I will be buying from them again! Thank you!

Do not recommend use it, beacuse they avoiding resposibility of package they lost.

Ich nutze Sugargoo jetzt schon seit mehreren Jahren und konnte mich nie beschweren. Ich habe bestimmt schon über 6000EUR ausgegeben. Der Kundensupport ist gut, die Agenten sind schnell und kümmern sich auch schnell um alle möglichen Anliegen die man haben könnte. Früher konnte man noch per Paypal überweisen, was das ganze sehr erleichtert hat, mittlerweile geht es leider nicht mehr. Ich nutze jetzt Wise, die Bank an sicht ist gut aber das ganze Verfahren ist sehr unübersichtlich, teuer und langwierig. Bspw. konnte man früher Kauf, Zusätze, Einpackkosten und Transport alles nacheinander bezahlen und hat vielleicht 5EUR Gebühren bezahlt. Jetzt muss man für jede Überweisung einmal für WISE 5EUR bezahlen und einmal der Chinesischen Bank. Bei einer Bestellung für einen Freund als ich das noch nicht wusste habe ich bestimmt 20EUR nur an Bank Gebühren gezahlt. Leider dauert die Überweisung auch sehr lange.. letztes Mal 5 Tage. Dazu muss man aber sagen das der Support mir sogar einen Gutschein für die lange Wartezeit angeboten hat. Von insgesamt bestimmt 30-40 Parcels ist nur ein einziges nie angekommen, das wurde natürlich auch nicht versichert, also teils meine Schuld. Service immer noch eine 10/10, Kosten bzw. Agenten und Platform Gebühren sind auch extrem niedrig 10/10, leider gehen Überweisungen nicht mehr über Paypal, ich glaube aber nicht das das an Sugargoo liegt sofern ich richtig informiert bin. Ich werde Sugargoo weiterhin als meinen Agenten des Vertrauens nutzen, besoners da ich eine riesige Liste von weidian´, yupoo, taobao etc Verkäufern habe und Sugargoo für solche Kommunikation und Käufe am besten ist, für Anfänger die sich nicht damit auskennen evtl etwas schwierig reinzukommen, dennoch eine Super Platform.

Company does not look after buying customers. Seller send defect items buyer pays for extra pictures to confirm the issue and company just back the seller even even with pictures . Some sellers are good but buying through them is a risk I'd suggest buy 1 item instead of many because if there is any problems you refund will be rejected.

It's good in terms of prices (better than superbuy, on prices and overall), but the packaging could be improved.
[1] Once they decided to remove the product box because they thought it was the shipping box where the product came. They refunded me a little bit, but more importantly I learned the lesson to *always*, literally all the time contact them to confirm which boxes to keep, otherwise they won't be responsible and won't refund more.
[2] Even with communication with the agents, the packaging is still too cramped. For example for one time I asked specifically to protect the product box and they still smashed it to fit in a obviously smaller shipping box. It really is bad. This happens also when shipping multiple boxes. I don't know why they really like to ship in boxes that are too small. It shouldn't be about costs because I almost always use the testing service (trying the shipping before) and still.

I've been using them for about a year now but it's time to try some other service now. I got some recommendations from a friend so I'll try that out.

It is Chinese scam company. They have multiple weshops.send bad quality and even not the same product and then ask the customer to pay for return. Which is expensive than their products.

Drama! ze zijn gelinked aan Hike Care. Een onbetrouwbare organisatie: zij reageren niet op emails en het op de website aangeven telefoonnummer is niet in gebruik. Ook Sugargoo reageert niet op berichten. Ik heb tot tweemaal toe een order geannuleerd en om bevestiging gevraagd. Niet gekregen, en wel een bevestiging dat de order verzonden gaat worden. Dit lijkt toch wel zeer sterk op fraude.

they created a scam machine. it works like this- you pay the money and placing an order from taobao. then they say it’s some problem on the seller side stating it’s impossible to purchase goods. then when you trying to withdraw the money the take 15% withdraw fee. total scam. keep away from them. use ACbuy or Superbuy

I’m about to put a purchase in but i worry it’ll be seized and i worry that the quality won’t be 1 to 1. I’m hoping that people won’t be able to tell their replicas and hope to seek some assurance that it is.

Attenzione a questo sito perché l'unico obiettivo è apillare soldi. Molto meglio cercare altra azienda per servizi simili.

Ik heb op 18 dec een bestelling geplaatst, en er staat bij bestelgegevens dat ze wachten op gegevens. Het schiet niet op zo.. er gebeurd niks. Ik vraag me af of mijn bestelling nog wel geleverd wordt

Bonjour j’ai eu beaucoup de problème durant tout le temps jusqu’à ce que je reçoive mon colis que j’ai récupérer ouvert et avec un article en moins j’ai déjà prévenu le service client WhatsApp mais sans réponse car j’ai pris l’assurance et j’aimerai donc être remboursé si je ne reçois pas la commande complète. Commandé chez Sugargoo à été une vrai prise de tête car j’ai enchaîné les problèmes je pensais que c’était fini et au final je reçois que 1 truc sur 2

I have been a customer for a while but this time they disappointed me so bad...I bought expensive product and expensive shipping,only two days after paying for my shipping I requested IMMEDIATE shipping address change because I had to leave my home,the package wasnt event shipped outside china yet but they refused to help...blamed everything on Italian postal service that told me they could deliver the package to a new address ONLY with their permission but they never cared to help so the result is my package was delivered to someone else i dont know who got it but I just lost my money and my times...and cherry on top they dont want to refound me in any way...they came up with a 2 dollar shipping coupon so now i will be filing a complain with paypal hoping i can get my money back as soon as possible,they keep telling excuses not to help because as soon you pay them for the shipping they diseappear and they dont care for the customers no more...i will stick with other agents with better customer service im very sorry for my experience

Über 90 € in den Sand gesetzt .Ware nie angekommen ,noch keine PayPal Rückerstattung erhalten...das ist der allerletzte Versender ...einmal und Vollpleite und nie wieder..da ich chinesisch auf der App nicht verstehe ,weiss ich nicht ,wo ich mich da beschweren sollte...ich habe auf PayPal einen Amazon Shipping Nummer,die ,wenn man sie eingibt ...nirgendwo auftaucht...schäbig und wie gesagt ...Lehrgeld gezahlt...einmal und nie wieder..Abzocke..Update 8.11.25 schäbig ,dass auf diese Bewertung NICHT reagiert wurde...der Vorgang liegt bei PayPal - Konfliktlösung ,die ersten 11,11€. sind da ..der Rest kommt hoffentlich über PayPal rein ,.Absolut unseriöser Shop ,Finger weg !
Stand : 16.11.2025 Ihr seit mir immer noch ca.90 Euro schuldig ,auf die offene Konfliktlösung bei PayPal wird NICHT angemessen reagiert , ihr tätet wirklich gut daran ,die Konfliktlösung bei PayPal mit Rück-Zahlung an mich abzuschließen ,denkt immer daran:PayPal könnte Euch die Möglichkeit der Bezahldienstleistung entziehen,da ihr schon sehr oft auffällig wart und unseriös aufgefallen seit..Ich will die Ware eh nicht mehr.Also...mein.Geld her !Wir haben heute den 16.11.2025,
Nachtrag heute 26.11.2025 : nach der Übernahme der Konfliktlösung durch PayPal welche zu meinem Gunsten entschieden wurde,kann ich verkünden ,dass heute endlich das säumige Geld vom September der nicht ausgelieferten Ware auf meinem Konto eingegangen ist.Schämt Euch.Nie wieder!

I like Sugargoo, they have a very good Website and mobile App. The first point is, the purchasing and storage process is very fast and always accurate and successful. Furthermore I have a very good and reachable service. Sugargoo works professional with focus on customers. I really like that and appreciate that too. The second point is, they have the cheapest shipping costs to Germany compared to other agents. You can check this by yourself, if you don’t believe me. I've ordered all sorts of things from there, even a radiator grille, and everything arrived fast & safely. I never had problems with Sugargoo, they are trustworthy for me. However, I would like to make a small suggestion for improvement. The service fee during the ordering process could be cheaper.
