I recently needed drain hoses for my SubZero refrigerator and freezer. I was surprised to find the exact part given my unit is 40 years old (still running). Service was quick.

Great resource for this DIY Sub Zero owner
Replaced a 22 year old program module. Ordering direct from the source took the guesswork out of my parts search. It isn’t worth saving a few bucks to take a chance on an old stock part off of an auction site. Great instructions on website - helpful for diy fixes. Fixed it the first try. Great feature at checkout forces you to confirm that you have double checked the part number. Do your homework!

It is the wrong part
It is the wrong part. There is a leg on the support and it is missing the bolt which supports the rack in the freezer.

The 561 was not listed in the description field of the part but the part number matched what I have in the parts list for my 561. I found the part I needed on the Wolf website but it wouldn’t let me order. Realized after several days of trying that I need to go to the Subzero site where I finally got the part needed and ordered.
Very easy then, heard back quickly and great follow through.
