I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
I ordered 3 bras none of which fit because the cup size was much much smaller than advertised. I sent a photo to illustrate how too small and asked for a return label which they refused and offered 5 dollars compensation.
This experience has put me off ordering anything from Instagram adverts.

Disguising customer service. Used their recommended bra size chart and ordered. The bras are loose, too big and poor quality. The company do not honour their return or refund policy. Instead they offend 3USD for compensation. What a joke of a company!

I ordered on 7/12/24 and it is now 9/10 and still nothing. After reading all the reviews I wish i would read them before I ordered. And I bet if they do come in the bra won't fit. But I don't ever see them coming in. I have tried getting in contact and nothing. 😡🤬

I ordered 2 bras at $30 each. Neither bra fit, company offered me a compensation of $8 total.

I ordered three of these bras with expectations that they would fit as advertised. I honestly believe they spend more money on advertising than all of the bras in China. After having to wait for them to arrive from “France” (by France, I mean from China), I was flabbergasted by how small they were. Using their size chart, I ordered a 2X. I couldn’t believe they actually think these bras would fit a person who wears a 2X. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. I contacted their customer service department asking how I go about initiating a return and refund. They asked for photos of the packages to verify that I received the correct order and size. I did that. They essentially told me I got what I ordered and just to “transfer them to someone else” and offered me $6 USD which was the cost of shipping. I don’t know anyone who would actually wear such a small bra. Oh and the cup material shifted during shipping making the cup very out of shape. They successfully scammed me out of $50.00 and a lot of aggravation and disappointment. If I could have given them less than one star, I would have given them a negative star rating. If you’re considering buying these bras, save yourself some money and a lot of aggravation and disappointment.

The bra they tote as being supportive and will give you a beautiful silhouette is a hoax. They don’t take returns and instead offer you 3 to 8 US dollars. The cup on these bras wouldn’t fit a flea. The fabric is like a thin rubber. False advertising is a crime and they are criminals! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This company is a joke. They are a scam and a fraud. They are out of China. The product I ordered was way too small and the material was awful. It was supposely shipped from Ireland. No the label said Chicago so I checked on that address and it was a residential house up for sale. The address under that said it was from Washington state from a warehouse from Amazon that isn’t US customs of entry. I asked for a refund they offered me $3 to start then $5 then last offer was $8. I asked to speak to customer service nothing.
They steal your hard earned money and rip u off. I will contact internet crime center and the FTC. I paid $32.95 for this item ( bra) and definitely made in China!!! How are they able to be on Facebook and sell products.

Size advertised is a lie! The cup is a B at best. It is not true to the size they indicate in chart. Do not fall for it like I did

Everything about this product is shonky, its visual advertising is a downright lie!! The product arrived in reasonable time but it is not sized correctly by a mile, the material I doubt would survive more than a few washes in the machine and is not even material but some rubberized or recycled plastic crap and would sweat like hell! So in all DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

How can I get a return label I love the bras but are very small

Stay far away from this company. They ship from China but say they ship from UK. The use a fake tracking system and after many inquiries tell me they gave me the wrong tracking number showing the actual origin. It took 6 weeks to get here and it had been repackaged and shipped from Chicago. The product did not fit and the materials were shoddy, poorly made. They would not honor their guarantee and offered me $6 token refund. It took nearly 20 emails to negotiate a $15 refund for a $40 product. I am still waiting for the $15. This company is a complete scam and I will never buy anything from them or Facebook again.

So you’re saying I’m out $30 because you misrepresented the size? And you don’t take returns because you think it’s too expensive for me? And you had a “system error” that ACCIDENTALLY charged me an additional $10? And the highest you can give me is $9?? Wow!! What a deal for YOU! That’s fine. Give me the $9. I’ll make up the rest by making sure I file complaints with everyone that will listen! And I will give reviews every time I see your advertisement! If I can cause you to lose enough sales, I will feel better about losing $30 of the money I actually work for!!
