We used their services for drop off and pick up from Melbourne airport. The experience was faultless and the staff courteous and professional. On pick up from airport was a breath of fresh air. After struggling with the turmoil of hundreds of other people getting off various flights late at night and trying to get through customs and luggage delays a friendly smiling face was priceless.

My husband and I have used Sublime Chauffeur’s service for years for transfers to and from Melbourne Airport and recommended them unreservedly. Outstanding communication is a hallmark, and an exceptionally important part of the service when travelling internationally (flight changes, delays etc). Rupin and his team are beyond patient in the face of lengthy delays in baggage handling and Customs procedures and for this we are forever grateful. All drivers are warm and friendly as well as being considerate drivers. They are always punctual and willing to help with the heaviest bags! Cars are late model and immaculate adding a sense of luxury which is always a treat (as is the inclusion of water and magazines!) The airport transfer service with Sublime Chauffer was outstanding. They were punctual, courteous and very helpful. The driver even waited patiently when our return international flight was delayed.
