DON’T DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!I bought a “suede” and “leather” jacket. The “suede” is synthetic velvet and the “leather” is PVC. Absolute garbage that isn’t worth anything… only fit for the bin. The whole thing is a total scam.🤬

I agree with all the negative reviews. I bought a top with a highland cow on and it doesn't match what is advertised. I wanted to return but the address is is China and costs a huge amount to return. Quality is very poor and workmanship very poor.

Ordered what look liked and advertised as lambswool fleece so couldn’t wait for it to arrive but OMG what a let down cheap tacky looking fleece nothing like the picture! Poorly made will never order anything else from them

I ordered a sweater on 13th January but then a few days later changed my mind. The company said they could refund as long as the item had not been dispatched, which it had not. Needless to say I have still not had a refund. The last email was yesterday 30th January, very brief, only said "we have refunded you" which they have not. WHAT CAN I DO NOW?

Poor quality, badly made. Returns have to be sent back to China.

Ordered a tassel dress which when arrived looked nothing like what was advertised and took over 3weeks to arrive, colour not the same, quality poor, some of the tassels falling off, colour lighter so did not fit the description of what was advertised, should have read these reviews first, lesson learned, do not order off this company, just disappointing. The 1 star is to many I would not give it any.

Ordered a pair of wide slipon shoes. They were nowhere near slipon! In fact I couldn't get my feet in even with a shoe horn. They've gone back.

On the plus side they arrived qiickly and the returns process (via amazon) seems to have worked well.

I ordered a jumper with collar and three buttons. It wasn’t good quality and the buttons were white I ordered the tan and it was nothing like the website tan with white buttons. Terrible took a long time to come as well

Ordered ankle wellies in size 8 and size 9 . They arrived after 3 weeks and they are nowhere near the correct sizes : very small , we cannot get them onto our feet . After now reading these reviews , wished I had never fallen for the marketing - it was a Facebook post

I ordered size 20 jumper they sent a size 10. Wouldn't refund me until I returned the item at my own cost to China. It was their mistake I shouldn't have to pay. Plus the jumper was very poor quality nothing like in the picture.

Shoes don’t look like they do in the photos very tatty looking bits of cotton hanging off they were supposed to be fleece lined they were not and finally leather they are not soft plastic wouldn’t buy anything from this site check on trustpilot first I wish I did

Ordered trousers arrived 14th Jan wrong design, wrong colour on one but biggest mistake was the size. Asked for a 3XL 22-24, chose big to have comfy room, normally 18 max. They didn't even come up as far as my waist, have given them away to a friend who takes an 8-10 needless to say they are a perfect fit on her.

Ordered a cardigan in November 2025. Took forever to arrive (ordered early November arrived late December). Cardigan looks nothing like the advertisement, colour totally wrong. Cheaply made. Had i seen first i would not have bought it. Company advised and received returns instructions (to China at my own cost), no delivery note/paperwork so mistrust that process...will keep as a lesson to self. DO NOT BUY!

The item a womans cardigan, looks fantastic on Facebook and Instagram. Unfortunately, inreality it is nothing like the item received. Fastens on the Right and hasn't any welt along the bottom. More like a man's shirt. Complete waste of money. Avoid this Company unless you have money to burn. No invoice or returns instructions.

Ordered 5xl and couldn't even get it over my head.

Ordered some boots in November, first ones got lost in transit (Evri,) 2nd pair arrived in December, supposed to be a size 9 (43), but can't even get my foot in it, even sideways! Complained and was offered a 30% discount on future purchase, or exchange but have to pay postage to China. No thanks. Poor experience.

Scam company, avoid at all costs!
Bought the Women’s Gradient Starry Sky Turtleneck Knit Jumper that supposedly blends a soft cotton-blend knit with a gentle gradient effect that glimmers like a night sky full of stars.

It does anything but! The label was cut out as it’s definitely not cotton and the so called glimmer effect is just some white circles on the jumper that isn’t soft or the same style as what was advertised.

They con you further when you want to return as you have to send it back to China.

Awful at every step!

I wish I had read these reviews before buying a pair of fleece lined trousers which looked great in the video. I order size 16 and three weeks later a pair of trousers arrived probably size 6/8. I would like to return them, but cost of postage to USA makes it unviable. I will pass them on to a tiny friend.
