Very disappointing customer service.

I placed an order over a week ago and, despite waiting, nothing was shipped until I chased the company for an update. When it was eventually processed, only part of my order was shipped, and I then received notifications that some items had been refunded without any prior communication or explanation.

This is particularly frustrating as this isn’t a one-off experience — I have experienced similar issues with orders from this company on a regular basis.

Customers shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase orders to find out what is happening, nor should items simply be refunded without any notification or explanation. The whole experience has been extremely disappointing and the customer service needs significant improvement.

I used to like this company - I would avoid now!!!

Ordered 2 items in the sale bare in mind it was £46 they did not fit was alot smaller than the sizes advertised as it was supposed to fit a 12 and am a small 10 sometimes 8 so sent it back everything intact literally only tried 1 top off the two sets because it was the same set in a different colour. 4 weeks later emailed to be told we dont return sale stuff you can have a credit note which has not happened. Avoid at all costs.

Muy muy mal, miré en la página web porque me encantan los vestidos, me parecen muy chulos, pero hay muy malas resenyas, por lo tanto no creo que lleguen los pedidos, a demás el detector de ia dice que las imagenes estan creadas con ia, por lo tanto creo que es una ESTAFA! No compreis nada, doy una estrella porque no se puede dar menos. A demás las buenas resenyas parecen falsas, al menos a mi.

Ordered a coord and only received one piece of the coord, was also shipped off in just a parcel bag and not in any packaging. Emailed the company twice and messaged on social media for a refund and had no response.

I absolutely love style hub they are my favourite fashion retailer. They have unique pieces always great quality. The first place I come to if I have an event out or going away. When I needed help with a delivery of an order they got back to me quickly and were able to help. So friendly. I highly recommend style hub.

No communication. Did not receive any order and also requested a refund for the package that never arrived and ofcourse no respond.

Worst company and customer service ever! Me & my sister ordered 7 items between us 2 weeks ago nearly 3!!! After 8 days we had to email them as we never received our order. They said they had over sold one of the outfit and was waiting for it to come back in stock yesterday and they would refund us the delivery. Received our parcel today and now missing 2 outfits and still no refund!!!!

Place and order back in January…have not received order or any update regarding it!!! Have tried contacting company via email and phone and have received no response!

Received my fur Jacket, I am in love with it! Great quality and very stylish! You can wear it with or without the fur, It’s detachable!
Also, very happy with their customer support team! Quick and reliable!

Wow! Ordered a designer suit for my wife. It arrived in original packaging and is definitely genuine. The quality is amazing and she absolutely loves it. Will order again for sure

I have still not received a refund for my return 4 weeks later

I returned an item and it was delivered on the 1st August, I chased for my refund as I could see on tracking my return had been delivered. I sent an email and was told my item was left by the door and it had been stolen.

They said they were speaking with the courier and reviewing CCTV and would provide me with an update, this was 1 week ago and still no update as to where my refund is. I was told to lodge a complaint with Royal Mail because if the company sent an item and it was lost, they’d be liable to provide me with a refund. Awful customer service, rude responses and no help at all.
