J’ai commandé des oreillers sur ce site en me basant sur les photos et la description présentées. Malheureusement, les produits reçus ne ressemblent en aucun cas à ce qui était annoncé. La qualité est très inférieure à celle promise et les oreillers ne correspondent pas aux images du site.
Lorsque j’ai contacté le service client pour demander un retour ou un remboursement, ma demande a été refusée malgré la non-conformité évidente du produit reçu.
Je suis très déçu(e) par cette expérience et je déconseille ce site aux personnes qui souhaitent acheter en toute confiance. Faites attention avant de commander.

Today I received my order: 3 pairs of silk underwear. Immediately upon opening the package I noticed that the undies look poorely made, with some loose threads poking out from the stitches, but worst of all – the tag blatantly shows it was made in China. Yes, many brands make their items in China, but the tag was not even modified to contain Studio Soie's logo or anything; the items have clearly been dropshipped. As such, there is no guarantee whether they pass EU requirements. Considering so many items from Aliexpress/Shein are wayyy over the limit of toxic cancerous substances, I would NOT trust these to be safe to wear, especially so close to the skin.

The order was not fully delivered in the first place. After many attempts to contact them there was no answer. Only by email the was no other option to reach them. After almost a month and still without any response a mail arrived that a new delivery was scheduled. So at almost to months total and with no communication I finally got the full delivery witch compared to an other site the same item was of lower quality. I would definitely not place an other order again.

The measures didn’t fit the size of my bed/mattress's and I even ordered an extra size!

Misleading website. The product arrived from china very poor quality. And you can find the same extact product on temu for a third of the price. Label on the t-shirt in Chinese. They didn’t even bother to change it with the correct brand name. To avoid

Ha sido una buena experiencia, el artículo es tal como aparece en el anuncio, precioso. Únicamente que me llegó con bastante demora, pero por lo demás todo bien. Muchas gracias.

After years of shopping online I finally got scammed by this company.
First of all it’s not a French company based in Lyon.It is a Chinese company based in mei land China.You can check this by googling the address given on the site.There is no shop just a house building.If you decide to order against my advice you will have to wait about a month to receive a shipping mail from mainland China informing you about your order.When you receive your order you will realize that you got scammed receiving nothing like your order.In my case it was a silk scrunchie that I ordered and I received a tiny polyester scrunchie which probably costs around 0,20 cents.If you decide to order be prepared not only to lose your money but expect no refund either.

They sell fake French brands. They give the impression that they sell quality handmade silk products. The product sent, which was originally supposed to be a mixture of silk and cotton, did not contain one of the ingredients. It is a cheap synthetic material. The setn an Asian L size instead of a European S size, The shipping label shows that the product was shipped from China. There is no information on the return policy. The quality is like TE_U, but at ten times the price. It is not recommended to order from here.

Pessimi. È arrivato l'ordine di un'altra taglia. Avevo ordinato XS è arrivata 3XL. Impossibile essere ascoltati per il reso.
Li avrò contattati una decina di volte, silenzio assoluto.

I have ordered a SILK scarf, but I received 100% polyester....for huge price.....it is pathetic scam.

The customer service experience is atrocious. DO NOT purchase something from this company because if something is wrong with your order or if you need to make a return, it won't happen.

I did receive a couple of initial emails, but then when it came to actually needing to make the return, no address or instructions were provided.

I've now asked several times over the course of the past 2 weeks without a response.

I'm going to report this company to the ACM (Consumenten recht) and I would advise other people that have already run into issues with this company to do the same.

Excellent quality silk t-shirt, super soft and breathable. Customer support was responsive and helpful, and delivery arrived quicker than expected.

Great experience from start to finish. The pilowcase is incredibly soft and has really helped improve my sleep comfort. Fast shipping across Europe too.

Unfortunately I received my order in the wrong colour, which wouldn't have been a problem in itself, because things like that can happen.
The real problem is that I can't reach anyone from customer service to help me out. I only got an automated message that someone would contact me about my concern, but that has not yet happened and probably will not happen anymore as I've been waiting for over a week.
Meanwhile I received two e-mails asking me to rate my purchase with StudioSoie. I would have liked to give more stars, because the product is of good quality. Although I would have liked to get washing instructions and further info on the product (normally these are to be found sewn in.)
It all seems a bit off.
I am very disappointed.

Received my order within a few days and the packaging was lovely. The silk tank top feels luxurious and fits perfectly. Will definitely order again!
