Studio Lireni shows gorgeous outfits. But I was disappointed with my dress, cheap material, and not really like the photo. But the worse thing is it seems impossible to return my item . The returns form will not accept my order number, and I have contacted Studio Loreni, bit had no response so my money has been wasted. I will not buy from them again.

This is a scam company, DO NOT USE. They have a returns policy on the website but will not accept returns or replace an incorrect item sent, they do not respond to messages sent via their website or the advertised email address and the contact number is an answer machine.

Item (eventually) arrived. A jumpsuit of such poor quality & so badly sized I’m not even sure it was meant for a human form! After requesting a refund, we then had the old, would I accept a 20% refund instead of return. This went on for days, before i eventually got an address in china to post it back to. I imagine it will be a long time, if at all that I get my money back. Safe yourself the bother & don’t order from this sham of a company

I ordered a co-ord set from Studio Loreni and was extremely disappointed. The fabric quality was poor, the design looked nothing like I expected, and the fit was absolutely horrendous. Even at the “discounted” price of £31 (down from an alleged £60 RRP), it was nowhere near worth the money.

The returns process is even worse. Although the company states you have 30 days from delivery to return an item, they do not provide a return label and require you to contact customer services first. I emailed them on 09/06/2026 to arrange a return. They replied once and then completely stopped responding. It is now 22/06/2026, and I have still not received any further communication.

It feels as though the company deliberately drags out the process, making it difficult for customers to return unsuitable items within the stated timeframe. Poor product quality and even poorer customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from Studio Loreni.

Ordered a dress end of march this year advertised as linen. It arrived after a few weeks 99% polyester , 1% spandex. It's super shiny and horrible. Contacted company who replied 19 days later offering 20% off it. No way did I want to keep it. They refused to send me returns label. Say I have to ship
To china at my expense and they will then refund. (website says they are in Netherlands) I don't trust them and they take weeks to respond. DO NOT go anywhere near Studio Loreni!!!

First of all it takes ages for it to arrive. It is not linen as advertised but cheap viscose and I bought an identical article for £6.00 on eBay. These crooks charge £24.99

Please do not buy from this company. The image shown on the website did not match the garment which was delivered. Poor quality fabric and ugly. The return process has taken over 25 days to get a return address. I emailed every day. The return address is to China - thought I was ordering from Europe. Even if I send the garment back I think it is very unlikely I will receive a refund.

The design is attractive, and the product quality is fair. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but everything arrived safely.

It's been a great experience! The team is professional, efficient and definitely committed to quality products. Highly recommended.

Fits really well and feels comfortable throughout the day. Very happy with it.

The effectiveness and professionalism left me with a feeling of awe. My order was shipped on time and was perfectly intact. I will certainly become a recurrent client.

They make it really difficult to cancel the order, even if within the allowed timeframe. Once received the item, the quality is terrible and they make it really difficult to get a refund.

Also the pictures on the about us section are clearly fake. I hope people read reviews before buying.

Biggest regret ever ordering from this company.
Dress is such a catfish and id go 2 sizes smaller than your actual size. Delivery took forever. Tried it on the same day I received it and messaged customer service on the 7th May including my order number as you have to message them to receive return details. I got a response on the 12th May asking the reason for return in which I repiled the same day. I then waited week and got a response back on the 18th May asking if I wanted to exchange the product saying how this could be any dress, colour etc at hassle free. They also included how the return window is 30 days. Again, I repiled the same day and asked if I can still proceed with the refund. Again.. waited for a response and on the 22nd May I emailed them with frustration of waiting to receive the return information and if I did not have the return information by Monday 25th May I would dispute with my bank I then received my next email 24th May still with no return address but offering a 20% partial refund and I get to keep the item. I was unhappy that the partial refund being offered was only £5 and emailed back again stating how I have been requesting the return information since the 7th May and if I had not heard anything I will be disputing this with my bank. On the 28th May they finally sent me over the return address.. It took me 23 days to get this return address and now I have less than 10 days to go send off my parcel to China, international delivery and hope it arrives before the 30 days. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with this whole process and I think most of these questions or information could have been included within one email not spread over almost a full month. and they want the tracking number once posted but I again doubt they would issue a refund anyway.

Studio Loreni has a nice product selection and smooth ordering process. Delivery could have been faster, but the product arrived safely and matched the description well.

Fast delivery to the UK. The tracking information was updated regularly and the item was delivered in a safe and secure package.

Great attention to detail on the stitching and fabric. The clothing looks professional yet stylish for everyday wear.

Product was exceptionally substandard quality!! Do not order from this site! I ordered a dress which was £30, as per other reviews and returns cost more than that as shipping is from china.

I ordered several casual outfits and all the items were more than I expected. I received professional services and the shipping was very fast.

I ordered a jacket it arrived not looking like what was advertised. No where near it poor quality cheap packaging. I am not going to bouder asking for a refund after reading on the reviews what most customers went through. I am to very disappointed I won’t shop from the again total scum .

I have still not resolved my refund.
They provided me 20% refund which is £6. Purchse cost was £30 absolutely ridiculous. They also provided me after numerous emails with a address to post out i would then get my full redund back. Went to the post office it would cost me £20 to post out.
Research the address it is also coming up as scam address it.
I have request 50% refund but at this moment off time I have had no reply.
