Poor experience
I ordered before 15h30, paid extra for next day delivery and the order only arrived two days later. When it arrived the order was incomplete, and one of the items was damaged. In dealing with the online consultant they put it back onto me saying that the delay in shipping was due to custom cables being purchased (website doesn't note that they are custom and require extra prep time), and that in future I need to phone them if my order is time dependent, ie ignore the website information. I eventually got what I ordered, and my expedited shipping charged was refunded. A disappointing experience overall unfortunately, and my advice is to not blame the customer for Studiocare errors.

Purchased NOS ef13 valves
Purchased NOS ef13 valves. Not having been produced since sometime around the late 1940s they came tested for transconductance data. Excellent item.
Shipping costs were a little high, but the very reasonable cost of the item offset the shipping cost in any case.
Great service with great products at competitive prices.
I needed some equipment and cabling ASAP and Studiocare had it in stock at a great price. The staff are very helpful and give excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

So my first dealing with Studiocare did…
So my first dealing with Studiocare did not go smoothly but i gave them the benifit of the doubt and used them a 2nd time and now a 3rd time i recently ordered some PMC monitors which blew me away so good but i also ordered the UF1 SSL to finish my home mixing set up,and its been really good in terms of customer service all the way through as i ordered the UF1 before it had even hit the shops,but Sophie kept me in the loop all the way and as for the PMC monitors these were ex demo but youd think they were brand new ,i will now be using Studiocare for all my studio shopping .
