Family Constellations in West London and online. Family Systemic Constellations and Universal Therapy supporting individuals and groups with relationships, work, money, and business-related challenges. Family Constellations is a type of therapy that explores how problems in our lives can be connected to our family relationships. Here, Family includes not only close relatives but also past generations, whether they’re still alive or not. The basic idea is that every group - like a family or business team - is a system where everyone is connected. If the system is unbalanced, for example, someone is forgotten, excluded, or carries unresolved trauma (like war loss), it can affect the whole system and create problems. Imagine: ancestors can create difficulties for their descendants. It is based on the principle that there's an energy-information field containing everything – past and present. When we connect to this field, put representatives for system members and create a constellation, the real dynamics behind your situation become visible. It allows helping people solve their issues, such as struggles with money, happy relationships or dealing with health. Universal Therapy – a more advanced method combining Constellations with Gestalt, body therapy, Quantum psychology, and Theta healing. The core principle is simple: to solve any problem, find its root. And the root lies in Truth. Sometimes simply seeing the truth is enough for healing to start. It’s amazing that only up to 10-15% of our challenges have roots in our current life (recent trauma, relationships, terrible childhood). And up 70% probability - are from the Family System (inherited patterns, loyalties, unresolved conflicts) The rest 20% - is from deeper layers (collective unconscious/reincarnation) Classical psychology treats only what's happened in the current life. But most of what we carry comes from elsewhere. It's been with us our whole lives, shaping everything, and we don't see it. It's hidden.

Unconventional yet remarkably efficient

I had an incredible experience working with Kateryna. The technique is rather unconventional but turned out to be the most efficient I've tried so far, I had to trust the process.
A seasoned professional, she swiftly yet gently uncovered the problem rooting as deep as my ancestral consciousness goes. By the time we were done with the identification Kateryna was already ready with solutions and further steps, all in all an impressive end to end work.

I would definitely work with Kateryna again and would recommend her to anyone seeking development and/or relief.

To be honest

To be honest, I was both very interested and afraid of Family Constellations.
But when I talked to Kateryna, all my fears vanished ✨ She is definitely an expert in her field 🫶 She can quickly win you over and create a connection.
It's so cool that in just one session we worked through the issue of my father, the pain, anger and resentment that had been inside me for so many years. It was holding me back in my achievements and aspirations. The most painful and important issue for me is money and self-realisation.
I cried and felt sad and sank into a kind of ‘semi-hypnosis’ state, after which all my tears and emotions moved to another level and spread throughout my body ✨
Immediately after the session, I felt lightness in my body, warmth, and some incredible peace and a surge of strength that I could handle everything and do anything ✨💫
Another important moment today was that for the first time in five long months, I slept well, woke up feeling relieved and full of energy, and was finally able to switch off my mind.
