Good products delivered promptly.
Good products delivered promptly.
Only feed back i have which leaves me with a question mark is that the weights on the website ordering system attributes 1kg for every bracket; this significantly over calcates the parcel mass. Is this mass used to calculate the delivery cost? I would therefore be overcharged if this was the case.

Svar fra Strut Channels Direct
Hello Andy,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
We’re very sorry to hear your order arrived later than expected and we completely understand how frustrating that can be.
As we use trusted third‑party couriers to deliver our products, delays are unfortunately sometimes outside our direct control.
That said, we always do our best to support our customers promptly if issues arise.
We’re proud that the vast majority of our deliveries arrive on time and that we’ve earned a 4.8 out of 5 star “Excellent” rating on Trustpilot based on many positive reviews.
We take all feedback seriously and will share your comments with our delivery partner to help reduce the chance of this happening again.
Thank you again for your order, and we do hope you’ll give us another chance to provide the smooth experience enjoyed by so many of our customers.
Best regards
The Strut Channels Direct Team
