Stroud Brewery established in 2006, initially the brewery was a passion project for our founder Greg Pilley; an adventurer, environmentalist and beer lover. His purpose was simply to make great tasting beers for the local community whilst being the change he wanted to see in the business world. Today Stroud Brewery is a thriving enterprise and our tap room has become one of Stroud’s cherished local landmarks. We make great tasting, ethical and organic beer and we create welcoming, fun social spaces.

Very Quaffable!!
Had a failed delivery from DHL despite 2 people and a dog being in all day ….. However I can’t fault Stroud Brewery, I got in touch with them, someone responded the same day and rearranged our delivery for the next day.. Wonderful service, thank you
The Tom Long Organic Amber Ale, wow what a lovely beer, an all year round drink and definitely worth that little extra money for something a little more special, will definitely be ordering again when we run out

Been here a number of timess & in the…
Been here a number of times & in the past always been pleased, but not today. 4 of 6 of us ordered what was listed as "Beef stew with dumplings", the second most expensive item of food on the menu. It was not what I expect for a stew. No liquid just a pile of almost dry ingredients. No dumplings but a dry, crumbling doughy substance. Way below their usual standard. Wish I'd ordered the burger as the other friends did - that was excellent.

Probably the Royal Mail’s fault but…
I bought the tickets a week ago and they still haven’t arrived - the gig is tonight so I’ll have to rely on my email record to prove purchase- hope you let us in ! :-)

Hope you're well and thank you for leaving us this review.
We will never dispatch physical tickets ourselves so any tickets will all be virtual as they have been for the past few years at the Brewery. We've recently just moved over our events system to a new one which doesn't dispatch E-tickets which is the reason there's been some confusion for our customers. We're currently in discussions with the events app team to discuss these issues and come to a conclusion that is clear and beneficial to everyone.
In the meantime, we are accepting order confirmation emails as the tickets as well as having a door list we have added a clause to our order confirmation that tells customers the email they received is their proof of purchase and to use that as their tickets on the door. We're sorry if you purchased tickets before we made the tweaks to the confirmation email. I know our team is all clued up on the ticket confusion and our staff will accept the confirmation email as proof of purchase for entry to the event.
Other than that, we hope you enjoyed your night and enjoyed the music!
