I'm so pleased with the service I received. I hired one of the knee scooters after surgery and it has been a game changer. It was cheaper for me to hire one then buy one so saved me a few quid in the process. Alongside potentially having to keep it longer the company were great about it as I didn't know till the day before. Hoping to never have to use these again but if I do I will definitely be using stride on again :)

Broke my ankle in January and needed two fixation surgeries (first one failed) and consequently was non weight bearing for 10 weeks. As I’ve got arthritis in my ‘good’ leg, crutches were a nightmare but this scooter really did help me get around/do household chores. Absolutely fantastic product. Hired this for my mother whilst she was recovering from surgery and was non-weight bearing. She has severe arthritis in most of her joints, so finds it nearly impossible to use crutches or a frame, but used this with ease. It’s easily manoeuvrable around the house, so could be used to help her move from room to room with minimal assistance. It also comes with a basket so she was able to move small objects around with her. Overall, it was an absolute god send and made my mothers recovery so much more manageable.
Ordering was easy and it was with us the next day. We initially hired it for four weeks, but extended our hire for a total of ten weeks. Extending was really easy, all it needed was a quick email. All our interactions with the StrideOn team have been excellent. I can’t rate the product or the company highly enough. A huge thank you to the entire team!

Brilliant aid for anyone who is non weight baring who struggles to use a zimmer frame or crutches, it has handle bar breaks, a basket which has proved a very handy carrier. Easy to hire / quick delivery & delivery driver could not of been more helpful!.

I recently hired a knee scooter for four weeks while recovering from an ankle ORIF, and I must say, it was a game-changer. This scooter made my life so much easier during my recovery, and I couldn't have done without it.

The stride-on was delivered the next day as promised with the delivery driver offering to carry the item into the house. My wife finds it easy to use after her ankle replacement and is looking forward to when we can travel further to use it.

The orthomate knee scooter has been fantastic for me . I had ankle fusion almost 5 weeks ago & could not have managed without it, as from previous experience me & crutches don’t get on ! The scooter was delivered on time and packed well. I have had foot surgery and am non weight baring for 2 weeks. The scooter is great too get about, saves the pain of sore hands on crutches! I'm so glad we chose to use the scooter...

This has been a game changer post foot and ankle surgery. Being non weight bearing for 6/52 when I did move around this was much safer than the frame and crutches. 7 wks on has been helpful in terms of ongoing rehab balancing taking steps as tolerated and zipping around. Great turning circle and is being used currently to do short outings on the flat in the Lake District.

Very convenient, helps the rest of your body when non weight bearing especially for 6 weeks on crutches. You have independence by making your food and drinks. Very easy to book and if you need to extend very easy and simple to do. Would definitely recommend this scooter.

The Walker does what it says on the box. My wife who is 78 years old had an ankle fusion operation on 6 March and is non weight bearing for the next six weeks.
The Walker allows her to manoeuvre easily around the ground floor and is proving an absolute boon as she does not have the upper body strength to use crutches.
I would recommend this Walker to anyone in a similar situation.

Excellent company to deal with, helpful, quick responses and flexible when I needed to extend the rental of my knee scooter by 2 weeks. Having had foot surgery, I was non load bearing for 6 weeks, so the knee scooter was an absolute life saver - meant I retained a lot of independence around the home and did not feel confined to one space. Added bonus was it allowed stuff to be carried (basket and cup holder!) unlike hopping around on crutches.

After breaking my ankle I was discharged from hospital with crutches and a walking frame both of which I found difficult to mobilise with having also had recent shoulder surgery. I googled the Stride On Scooter and it has been the best decision I made. It has made mobilising around the house so easy and pain free. The ordering and delivery process was faultless. I would recommend the Stride On Scooter to anyone who is struggling in a plaster cast after breaking their ankle.

This scooter is extremely helpful for my wife - crutches are very difficult when yo get to a certain age and reduced upper body stength. She has the ingenious 5 wheel version which has a very small turning circle making manoeuvering around tight areas easy.
It also folds easily into a compact size making it easy to put in the car although not really practical to take on a bus.
The ordering and delivery process was very quick and smooth so happy all round!
