I was told they would send the first batch of creatives and then, once they got my feedback, they would take this into account when sending the next batch. But I was sent everything at once and told that it was only on the subscription package; they sent them separately, even though I was told otherwise at the time. This left me with some really bad videos I spent $10k on, which have been a complete waste of money. I understand it's a street interview ad and reactions can vary, but the videos we were given were of really bad quality compared to others I've seen, so this was a big disappointment for us, and I would recommend using another service if you want street interview ads.
