Terrible
Terribly slow processing and shipping. Don't expect to get anything in less then a months time. Even though based off the tracking info, all my items I ordered came from a location 30 minutes from the shipping address. Hopefully the item(s) you order is actually in stock. One on my items still says processing, I got an email about a month and half after the order was placed saying they were no longer in stock but then when I went back online to the store, they still have the items posted for sale in the size I ordered. Glad to know the website is being taken care of and kept up to date. It takes forever to hear back from customer support also. Hopefully you don't have to return anything either because you're responsible for return shipping costs. You're also responsible for doing their jobs and giving them the tracking number for the return and letting them know when its delivered. Then they try to get you to accept a store gift card instead of a refund. Once you finally get them to give you a refund it takes forever to show up in your account. They say 3-10 business days for your refund to show up. I'm still waiting...
The clothes themselves are decent. Should last a bit of time.

Just to add onto my last review, again the company is good with a wide selection of products. But I was informed of another issue, they don't check their stock before confirming your order, so two weeks after placing my order I had to pick out another pair of shoes. If they actually kept an eye on their stock I'd say it's perfect. Customer support was brief and upfront and replied relatively fast

Besides, the delivery is absolutely not efficient enough, poor experience!

I have not got any products 9 days…
I have not got any products 9 days after purchase. But it asks for my review. It seems like the order is done and my money is wasted in this scam.
If your products do come at the end, your issue is you are very slow and also did not provide information of shipment tracking. you should also not ask people to comment before shipping products. I have not ever experienced 9 days waiting for e-comm since a decade ago.
if your products do not come, it is my bad to trust this online shopping site without researching it. I got it from facebook ads though. I am surprised too you ask for my comments here
