A true culinary journey
Emily and Joe created a true culinary journey for us, from the opening course through to the dessert. Every ingredient felt carefully chosen and thoughtfully prepared, creating a beautiful balance of flavours, textures, and presentation throughout the meal. Each course flowed naturally into the next, making the entire dinner feel both refined and deeply personal. A memorable experience from start to finish.

Our Strati Delight
Firstly, Joe and Em are two of the best chiefs I know, and always so professional in all that they do and how they interact with each orher and their customers. They have an extremely high standard of cooking aswell as presentation,and always ensure they have sourced their food from high quality suppliers and growers.
The flavours that ooze and rise from their culinary delights are to die for, and it's not only a feast to the mouth, but to the eyes and nose aswell. I highly recommend their service in every way. You won't be disappointed.

Intimate fine dining at home
We booked Strati for our 30th wedding anniversary dinner at home.
Joe designed the menu after discussing what we liked to eat. The food was cooked to perfection, beautifully presented and treated delicious. He was polite, friendly, professional and left the kitchen spotless.
I highly recommend.
