The Engineer arrived on time, was very helpful and carried out the boiler service and testing with efficiency and no problems.

We phoned ST plumbing about a problem with our shower after being told by other tradesmen things like ‘the whole enclosure may have to come out’, ‘the shower is a cheap one’ ( it isn’t I can assure you) Dan sent someone to quickly assess the problem, sourced the new parts and arrived punctually on the day arranged. The shower was repaired and we couldn’t be more grateful. Won’t hesitate to use ST plumbing in the future.

Had a fractured radiator pipe, got in touch with Dan who was there within 20 mins. Temporarily sorted the problem and explained I would need further work. Spoke to Claire who was very efficient in dealing with follow up work. Lewis came and repaired pipes. Service was carried out without delay. Great communication, efficiency and customer service.
