We managed to get the new glass into the door , get the log burner fired up , to heat up the house just in time for Xmas. The glass company were kind & patient with us while we purchased same.

Great and efficient service
Great and efficient service, the website made it easy to find the right size for the wood burning stove, very impressed and pleased. You could possibly find cheaper options online but personally, you can’t beat original quality replacements.

Poorly cut and not to size
Glass was poorly cut and therefore was not the right size. This left me without a stove during the recent cold spell which was a major issue. So, rather than return it and experience more cold, I tried to trim the glass myself. Sadly the glass then broke which was my fault but made this an expensive mistake. So I bought a replacement off Amazon for half the price instead.

Hi Kit, it's a shame you decided not to contact us as we could have sent a replacement peice of stove glass out with express delivery to be with you next day free of charge. If you had still insisted on cutting it yourself, we could have also adivised that even for an experienced glass cutter, it's not possible to cut less than 5mm off.
