When reaching out to a support team at any services, there is nothing more frustrating than it is when I have to explain myself over and over again by going up the higher chain of command. However, my interaction with Tifara at Storyblocks was a smooth sail from the get go. Tifara was attentive and willing to understand my situation, and offered me a solution as well as an alternative solution for me to make a better choice. I will definitely come back to Storyblocks for my future creative needs!

They still owe me ~$7,000 in revenue which they illegally claimed from one of my YouTube videos, even though I had a license. They’re unwilling to cooperate.

A team member named Franco was able to help well before the suggested time. Franco was very polite, kind, and fixed my issue in no time.
