first of all i felt a personal touch not some number and a very expert patient staff. I found them very understanding and supportive which is you need as a client.

Generally speaking, 99.9% happy with Storm.

Great customer service
I had a problem accessing my website and email which was resolved super quick when I contacted Storm's technical support webchat. I have always found Storm's online technical support to be friendly and helpful when I have contacted them over the years with web hosting or domain questions or issues.

Reassuring on-demand customer service.
I've been with Storm internet for many years now. Their customer service is excellent and its super reassuring to know that there is a team ready to help on-demand.
They are piloted by a very hands-on director who is doing a cracking job of building a company with great products and a fantastic after care service.

Storm have been the go-to hosting provider for over a decade, whilst running our digital agency. Between first class customer service and 24/7 customer support on the rare occasions it has been needed, I can’t recommend them enough.

The Absolute Best Hosts
We have hosted several Magento stores with Storm Internet for many years and they are the best hosting company we have ever worked with. The support is there 24/7 and they always want to help with anything. The servers are fast and work well with big Magento sites. We hope to be with them for many more years to come.

I have used this company for shared web…
I have used this company for shared web hosting for around 14 years now since I started learning web development. My experience with their shared hosting service has been great and I am now moving to their dedicated server service which I am very excited about! In terms of personal support, I cant beat storm which is why I am using them to move up to a dedicated server!

Always good service
I've been a customer with Storm Internet for over 15 years, I joined them soon after they set up. I really recommend them. They have provided me with an excellent platform to host my website. Their customer service is very good and they have always helped me out with issues despite only using one of their smaller packages. They don't forget the little people!

Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service, worst website host I have ever used!!
They suspended my website for NO REASON!!
They said I hadn't paid, I had!!
They said I did it, I didn't!!
When they finally admitted they suspended my accounts, not even a SORRY!!
Moving my accounts as soon as possible.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience.
We are very sorry to hear of the issue you have encountered here. I have looked into this with our accounts team to get some further information on this. Due to this being a public forum, I am able to provide only limited details in order to protect your account information. However I can advise that the situation has come about as a result of the two separate hosting packages you have with us. Only one of these packages was subscribed to and the other you have had free of charge for over two years. A recent audit of our infrastructure caused the package that was not being charged for to be identified as an obsolete account which subsequently caused it to be suspended. This account was reactivated as soon as you contacted our support team about it and options to make this permanent also explained in your most recent ticket update.
I believe that you have also been contacted by Nick Stead on our accounts team who followed up on this and has provided you with some additional options to help keep all as cost effective as possible for you. Please do contact Nick on his direct dial if you would like to discuss anything further with him on this.

Great technical support, great value for money!
Storm internet have some great hosting packages - the hosting for life package is extremely great value. We use them for a number of our clients and have no reason to look elsewhere. The technical support is very good.
