Excellent filament, bad packaging.
I have always been very happy with Sunlu Filament but not the shipping department.
Filament arrived in a timely manner but multiple spools arrived broken due to poor packaging for shipment. I receive broken spools with every shipment due to bad packaging.

Good, easy to shop web store
Easy to navigate the store website and a good selection of filaments and other products. What held me back from 5 stars was the lack of hex color codes for all the different filaments.

I’m happy with the product just not…
I’m happy with the product just not with the shipping. The last two orders I received one spool was broken because it’s shipped in bags. Bambu ships in boxes never had a problem with them. That’s my only complaint.

No customer service when needed!
I recently moved and tried to put in my updated address but the website must have glitched or something as once I clicked order it still had my last address in there. For the next hour after I submitted the order I searched everywhere to see how I could change the address or cancel the order. The only thing I could find was three different emails, so I sent an email to each way before it had time to ship. I got no response and now my order is over 1,000 miles away. At least some response from any sort of customer service would have been appreciated!
