I bought a Tank T5 from dtno1. They said the package was sent full, but I received a package with nothing in it. The Royal Mail delivery photo showed a flat, empty-looking package and the signature recorded was not mine.
When I emailed the seller they said it was not their responsibility. The delivery company said it was not their fault and told me to go back to the seller to make a claim – which I did 3 times!!!

Very disappointing. Would not buy from this seller again.

Watches are ok for cost but it’s the company that’s the problem . Absolute worst customer service . I’m staying at hotel and they deliver and left my package at the door and not front desk and it was stolen or something happened . All I know is I don’t have my package and they said oh well it says delivered so no refund and they know they are wrong and won’t do anything about it

Watch with issues on the touch screen after 1 month of usage, I email Dtno 1 costumer service, I explained what are the issues and no one solve the problem or give any kind of answer or solution.
I already bought 8 or 9 watches from that brand, for sure this was the last one!
Do not recommend it to anyone.

Received defective watch where watch straps do not lock on one side.
Customer service is non existent. I sent requested video of defect and no reply.
I asked for prepaid mailing label for return...no reply.
I was send a reject and I suggest you buy from an honorable vendor.

The watches I ordered are good, one of them came in and the other after a month and until then no complications possible with the seller.

Was very wary of ordering from a Chinese site because of all the reported scams.
As it happens, I had no need to worry.My watch arrived before time and came with full tracking details.
The watch is unbelievable. I can receive and answer calls on my watch (how cool is that!) For a £30 watch.Add to that a 2.04 Amoloide screen,google maps,loads of awesome screens (free) and all your sport and fitness apps,it's got to be a no brainer.
Do yourselves a favour and just buy one while there still available.

I bought a Dt Utra Watch from DTNO1, and after 3 months of receiving the watch, the watch stopped working. The watch was delivery in 20/01/2025.

I have contacted the Customer Service to solve the problem, but they want me to sent the faulty watch to China to be repaired, with all the shipping expenses covered by me in warranty.

The person in DTN01 that is answering my emails is Mr. Robin Tang.

They said that CTT only charges 6 euros from shipping costs (from Portugal to China), but the site of CTT shows more than 29 euros of shipping costs.

The watch have only cost 30 euros, and DTNO1 don't want to solve the problem and wants that I spend more than 29 euros (almost the watch price) in warranty, to sent the watch to China.

Moreover they want to extend the time and gain time, with returns and shipping processes, instead of solving the problem and sent me a working watch to replace the faulty one.

Please avoid to do shopping in DTN01, because if you have problems in their products, they will not solve the problems

They will not support you in warranty, they will not replace faulty products in warranty, and they want you to spend money, in the return of their faulty products.
