The collectibles are very good and everything is packaged safely. I order through coolshop as it's cheaper than buying direct for collectibles however; I've had issues with my dlc codes.

Even though items were still sealed, and bandai admitted to fault, because I hadn't ordered through bandai namco directly, they couldn't issue me a new code. But they send the faulty stock to suppliers and the terms and conditions in the collectors editions even state to contact bandai namco ? Which I did. I bought 3 collectors editions over the span of 6 months for elden ring games. And not a single code worked ? When you're paying over 100 for an item, which is advertised to come with dlc code- you want the dlc digital download code to work. It's a premium included with the product. Which just, I can not wrap my head around it.

I have spent hundreds of dollars to get new ultra units but whenever I get blue skies Jaco vegeta comes in and ruins it! You need to buff the vegeta animation,as even if you get a good animation,vegeta gaurentees garbage

Ich habe eine 270€ teure Premium collectors edition von tekken 8 gekauft mit einer leuchtenden jin Figur, die Figur ist defekt und leuchtet nicht, angeboten wurde mir eine Erstattung von 5€ das wäre ok bei einem Preis von 10€.als ich zurück geschrieben habe ich möchte ein Ersatz, kam nichts mehr zurück und ich darf mich jetzt über Paypal um eine kostenpflichtige retour kümmern nach Frankreich.

You're Jujutsu Kaisen figure, Anime Heros series is expensive but low quality. It was a waste of 20$ at target- very lame. It immediately fell apart upon taking it out of the box. 😭

Nie wieder! Ich habe im Store eine Figur bestellt. Diese kam sichtbar nachgearbeitet an. Als ich mich an den Support gewendet habe wurde mir versichert das nur Neuware verschickt wird - anscheinend NICHT! Die Rücksendung die dann nach Frankreich musste musste ich zudem selbst bezahlen. Also 20€ für nichts. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Entgegenkommen.
Noch nie so etwas erlebt. Der ganze Prozess ging über knapp 3 Wochen bis ich jetzt meine Rückerstattung erhalten habe mit dem Hinweis ich könne ja nochmals den gleichen Artikel bestellen.

How a company bound to anime and those great shows, can continously come up with all this ridiculous shit, is beyond me. They should never ever get a new contract for anime. they can so childrens shows, maybe. they do suck to a degree, where americans had to bring in germans to compute. if hayao miyasaki, would ever scoop all the way down to would have to work with you, he would buy your company and stop this stupity, on all ends!

It's already taking them more than 5 months to solve the problem that I have with the DLC code that came with Elden Ring Nightreign. And every time I ask them what progress they are making, I always get the same answer "we are looking into the mattter".... So not happy with their reply's and that it takes them 5 months+ for a problem that shouldn't take this long.

Not the first time I have called support, but never get an answer, and where it tells you to press one to leave a message it just restarts it. Don’t call if you want help.

One punch man season 3 is the biggest let down

They put no effort in anything. Still waiting for sparking zero to get some kind of quality update, but alas, it was just another DOA game. Don't even get started in One punch man. I for one am not supporting any future releases from them

They are money hungry people, how dare they butcher the beloved one punch man with such bad animation. Its a disgrace to the fans who were waiting six 6 years for the new season. Im deeply upset because of this.

Do you know that in an animation characters are supposed to be animated right? Or did you forget when you started production for one punch man season 3? Saitama looks more mobile when I flip the pages of my manga

Horrible monolithic corporation. Bunch of money hungry parasitic good for nothing boomer ceos that disrespect the source material of OPM whilst prioritising money over passion. This isnt a new thing, it happened with Blue Lock too.

One punch man made me cry and I had to bleach my eyes with season 1 and fan animations. There's already plenty of reviews talking about what's wrong with one punch man; I will purposely make sure to not watch things connected to bandai namco for some time and somewhat in the future.

I have hatred for the incompetence of the company's management in general and especially One Punch Man.

The fact that I know so many good things are in their hands and are now beyond repair and hope is very sad. If they don't put in the effort, they don't deserve the money that was supposed to support the work.

Bandai Namco Entertainment Its the worst potato to make entertainment. One Punch Man season 3 says the story. Will never ever recommend to anyone.
