Helpful from the start
Storage King in Sunbury were helpful and proactive from the start. Prompt to answer or return calls, and quick to arrange the unit and explain everything. Even set me up with a very good removalist. And had all the packing stuff for me to buy.

Storage King Sunbury Improve Service
Storage King Sunbury have since made an improvement to their service. I received an apology and a small refund on the last week. It's a shame about the flu. I always wear a mask and the day I didn't, I got it! Shane the staff don't wear masks with new strain of Coronavirus but a definite improvement in service:-)

Careless Staff Members
No mask, this staff member's flu made me ill, creating delay.
Manipulated by another who threatened to bill me as my contract expires on a Sunday.
In addition I do not have 24-hour access. Their sign says car will be impounded after 8pm.
I was over billed for unnecessary cleaning fee which I could have done. It's a Rort because they're pro-rata
I addition, the lights go out unexpectedly and the locker isn't lit. But bad service overall, and not a touch on Osborne Park WA who have excellent service and 24-hour access minus threats & manipulation. Avoid this place:-(

King and I found them to be professional, friendly, Happy to help with anything.
The storage areas are, like the rest spotless.
