So they would have got five stars if their hand over from their sales team was better. I signed up then asked a question and the sales person couldn't be bothered and said contact the support team

Facility is good, quoting and onboarding is not
Made an online enquiry for a quote and received a call and then a quote by email. When trying to accept the quote the price was higher. When I then tried to accept the higher price the 'promotion' hadn't been applied and had to be reissued. This didn't happen within the agreed timeframe. Eventually I accepted the quote and the online system didn't reflect the agreed promotion. The process was way more painful than it should have been.

Needed to rent a garage for a few days…
Needed to rent a garage for a few days for my car while I cleaned out my garage at home. Minimum rental was 1 month. Not to happy that I had to pay $580 for the rental when I just needed secure garaging for 2 to 3 days. ln the end I left my car in there just short of the 1 month period to make it worthwhile.
Could provide better short term rental options. Secure facility was a plus.
