The Unit was dirty & cost us more
The Unit was dirty when we arrived with our Removalists (even though we’d booked in our arrival with Storage King). We were paying the Removalists by the hour, but had to wait a while until someone from Storage King came to clean the Unit (costing us more). Even then, it wasn’t cleaned well.
It was very disappointing

Quick, Simple and Easy to Follow. Great service
This was a very easy process and much simpler than I though it would be to get a place to store all our excess items before we go to sale. The range of packaging materials and resources seemed almost endless and the staff, even during Covid19 were extremely helpful and knowledgeable I will definitely use Storage King again for our storage and removal needs.
