Amazing staff, very friendly and knowledgeable, everything worked as it should

Although very friendly, the worker had nothing but issues with every step of the signup process both on my end and on hers with system crashes, and "having a slow day" from walking in the door to actually having a unit was 1 hour, than issues with not being located by gps when in a lift, I rented for 14 days, I'm glad to be out of there - and I will NEVER return to your chain of centres again

Great service, great staff, state of the art

We needed some temporary storage for some house items before moving. SK had a special on exactly the size storage we needed, it was a breeze to get organised ... and they had a free van that we could use to move the house items to storage.
Very convenient all round.

The girls so helpful and caring went that extra mile to help us.

The girls are so awesome and friendly. The premises are immaculately clean.

What a great customer service! Lisa and Jordan were absolutely friendly and professional. The storage was perfect size what I needed. All facility was brand new, clean, modern system to enter & exit. Not expensive. Thank you Storage King Currumbin !!

Would have been 5 stars but the exit gate was out of order and backing out a trailer was a stinking nightmare. No compensation for the drama it caused ??? A weeks rent off or something ???

An excellent experience with Storage King at Currumbin, Jordan signed me up Super Fast and I was able to move my goods in that day!

Staff are professional and very helpful. The premises are new, clean, and easy to find. Entry and exit are straightforward via an app.
Would definitely recommend and use this facility again

Hasn’t been open to , meaning had no access to unit. Lots of water got into unit during heavy rain. Pretty unacceptable for a new building to store items that need to be dry essentially.

Just hopeless and stupid app for access. Normal keys are the only proper private access 👎

Both ladies, Jordan and Lisa are so helpful, kind and reassuring in these stressful times of moving.
I had forgotten to get back to them, changed my mind with dates and storage bays, and they kept following up and helping me with no judgment or annoyance.
A big call out to the ladies great customer service.....🙌

Fantastic company. Excellent units, and customer service. I wouldn’t use another storage company. Also what is so important to people is the cost and storage king were the cheapest.

We had a great experience at Currumbin Storage King. It was a last minute storage emergency and the team was so helpful and looked after us in a stressful time. The facilities were good, clean and tidy with practical trolleys that suited long items like mattresses and tables, some storage companies I have used before didn’t have the same style of trolley which made bulky items a real challenge. I would have no hesitation to talk to Storage King first next time I need storage.

From start to finish Jordan and her team were helpful and friendly to make a stressful situation for myself smooth and easy. Can’t say thanks enough. Great service and easy to make happen, Thankyou.
