Professional storage facility
The manager was friendly and happy to show the available storage size options to ensure my Items would fit. I was lucky enough to get two promotions, a slightly larger space at the same price and a months free insurance. Happy with the security, ease of access 24hrs and cleanliness of the facility.

From web query to start, on-site inspection, moving in and aftercare has been outstanding service. Thanks team, everyone. Godwin looked after me for inspection, young friendly gentleman who showed me around and reserved my spot. As for the facility, easy spacious parking for multiple trucks to park, trolley to load, move and store the goods, massive lift to reach the floor. Took me only 20min to unload and store the goods which took us an hour to load the truck from different storage

Waiting for payment
I had overdue payments owing after getting a text telling me my items had been itemised,ready for auction. I personally visited the site and paid cash. On inspection, items had been moved around. Accepted. But items were also missing. Was it a done deal that I wouldn't be back so stuff was taken? The stuff near the door.(missing) was valuable. I was heart broken. Still heart broken. Why take my stuff when the bill was being paid. Smile at the front, fist in your back.

We are deeply disappointed in your review as we always strive to deliver the best in industry customer experience. That said, we respect that fact that you have at least acknowledged that you received multiple reminders advising that your payments were overdue, which were ignored. It was only when we sent you notice that your items were going to auction that you finally contacted us. With regards to your unsubstantiated claims of items going missing, we suggest you refer the matter to the Police.
