Have been using Storage King for years and always found the experience good. I loved the first month for $1. What's not to like about that. I've since extended my lease for another month. Great service and the system is easy to operate.

The experience from start to finish was easy and I continually encountered friendly service. When booking the unit (centralised booking) I was made aware of a better priced option that was available to me and tbh I thought the location wasn’t going to be good based on the deal value! On arrival/ check in I couldn’t have been happier; the unit was easily accessible, clean, well lit and I was led to the unit like a guest in a 5 star hotel! Subsequent access to the unit was easy, even during out of office hours. Security felt good too.
Finalisation of the account was also met with absolute politeness even though we only had the unit for a short time. Rarely do you encounter service like this these days. Well done Storage King Belconnen!

this guys are great. so friendly and quick and impressive turn around from first connection.
cheaper prices from what i saw elsewhere.
proper quality service, even got a few free boxes which i’ll never complain about.

A seamless process with everything you need to move in one place.
Belconnen staff are amazing and so helpful. It was a seamless process from enquiry, through to payment, to buying boxes, tape, plastic and paper wrap, plastic mattress covers and big heavy duty carry bags. The storage container was spotless. Easy access, easy to park. 10/10. Thanks ladies.
