They are such a pleasure to work with and certainly took a lot of the stress of the moving process away. Excellent service and assistance
From the moment I entered the office of Storage King Alexandria, the service I received was excellent. They sought to understand my storage needs in a friendly, welcoming manner.
When I subsequently arrived with my first load of goods to store, I was assisted in unloading from my vehicle onto a trolley, then accompanied to my storage unit and helping me to unload. I do not expect to receive this level of assistance in the future but really appreciated it while I "learned the ropes" at the facility.
