Storage King were very polite and informative. I was given 1 months free storage and will have only used the facility for less than 3 weeks and was charged over $500 because I was charged for the following month which is not going to be used and allows them to rent out the space again, A double dip and a bit unfair I believe. I understand I will also be charged a cleaning fee on top of this. This is also after spending over $500 on their moving accessories of boxes, plastic covers etc. Money hungry I think so.

Storage King came to our rescue
Storage King came to our rescue on our moving day. Donna Maree Taylor went above and beyond in customer service for us on the day. It was a very hot day we had to be out and she liaised with another client so we could have the truck to assist quickly. We could not have survived the day without her. Employee of the year. Amazing!!!! I use storage king Albion park every time.. 3 or 4 times over the years amazing and super helpful staff who always go the extra mile for their customers, free truck and trailer move in and they are the best priced each time I've price compared locally. I can't recommend more highly !!

Awesome prices, Good size units big and small, very clean and to top it off the two guys who work at storage king in Albion Park Rail are great to deal with. Very friendly and helpful. Will definetly recommend it to anyone.
