My transition of things into Storage King was very smooth and easy. My place had been flooded and I needed to find somewhere quickly where I could store the things that could be saved. The staff were very accomodating, helpful and empathetic to my situation. The shed is easily accessible and I feel safe leaving my belongings there, given the high security features.

I recently rented storage space for the first time. I did an online quote then visited Storage King Adamstown to complete the documentation, have my space allocated etc.
The process was easy, the face to face service was friendly & professional. I have since made a phone query about my account and again received a friendly, professional & prompt response.

My only recommendation is to have more trolleys as on moving in we had to do one large load all by hand due to other clients relocating them to some other part of the facility, we walked all around and could not find them anywhere making it a very difficult end to a long hard day.

This was really easy and convenient. I needed half a garage the same day in a location close to me in Newcastle. I was up and running within an hour after inspecting the unit and signing up. If you have a padlock, bring one and save ten bucks. The loading bay and goods lift were always available and they even have trolleys. It's not 24hrs but has really early start and late end times. Pricing was good compared to others. My only complaint (I am ashamed of myself) was the annoying location of the exit pin pad, i had to get out of the car.
