People working there are extremely nice helpful and my experience has been very positive. Office ladies awesome.. they took notice that I was moving places and prepared a gift basket for me that was so unexpected and very thoughtful of all the staff highly appreciated, would easily recommend them to friends and family. The advertised storage space was…
The advertised storage space was misleading, as no dimensions were stated and what i assumed to be length and width turned out to be square area and height. The height of the unit turned out to be 2100mm not the 2400mm advertised. A lot of personal information was collected as part of signing the agreement, was all this information necessary? If storage king is hacked and my personal information stolen I'll be very unhappy.
