Appalling breach of security . 40 units broken into and very poor follow up communication . Precious family items stolen. No real clear plan given or updates from the company . Onsite staff were really great in the induction process but are clearly woefully understaffed . A terrible experience unfortunately made worse by no real concrete follow up plans to mediate the situation

The team at the Riccarton sight are Awesome so friendly and easy to chat to as well as knowledgeable and easy going definitely recommend them also they all love dogs 😁

People working there are extremely nice helpful and my experience has been very positive. Office ladies awesome.. they took notice that I was moving places and prepared a gift basket for me that was so unexpected and very thoughtful of all the staff highly appreciated, would easily recommend them to friends and family. God bless them and thank you so very much for meeting such a great group of people.

Storage King, Riccarton are very accomodating to our requirements and go that extra mile to make sure we have what is needed. They are very professional and from the moment we made contact they were very obliging. Moving a couple of other clients around to fit us in. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Storage King , Riccarton to anyone who is looking to store their belongings in a professional, secure and clean storage environment. A++++++++++

Exceptional service from the very first contact by phone through to signing up for a storage unit to obtaining instructions, all of which have enabled a completely seamless and trouble-free experience. Very happy with my storage unit - great size, absolutely spotless on entry, and the ease of access is ideal. Amazing service from a lovely young lady when signing up, received helpful instructions as well as a map of the site, and a personal guided tour of where to find my unit. Storage King Riccarton - where great customer service is an everyday occurrence.

Great customer service, helped me out with applying a discount code. Instructions on 'check in' were really straight forward. Unit and location is very secure.

Ladies in the office were helpful, caring and good for a decent chat and laugh. The ladies were also very informative on anything and everything I needed to know and were happy to show many options on the units along with the prices.
