Delivery o n time. Delivery driver so helpful . Brilliant product. I have 2 now So pleased. Excellent

This was my 5th item from 4crafts and I have another on the way they such good value for money. The customer service once you get through is really good and they answer emails in 48 hours most times they are helpful.

I purchased my Knightshayes through Sewing Street in March 2026. I was excited and really looking forward to the arrival. My invoice clearly states assembly included, Jo mentioned on the programme in March that the Knightshayes comes with assembly included. At NO point was it mentioned it was for mainland only. Which totally caught me off guard. No mention of a delivery date, it just turned up on 7th July, good thing I was at home. For assembly I was expected to pay another £300, basically my Knightshayes was £300 more expensive than folks on the mainland, which was totally unfair. I understand this is the case for everyone not living in England mainland, I feel I should have received some discount if nothing else. Jo even mentioned on the programme in March that she and Kevin were going to Northern Ireland around the time I'd expected to receive my order, for a wee holiday and would help out with the assembly.
My husband and his friend put it together for me. The top strip light had been sited wrong, a replacement was sent. Didn't come with all necessary screws, had to purchase more. Didn't receive anything towards this. I was now out £310.
I would have cancelled the order if I'd been able to purchase elsewhere, but this was what I'd wanted for quite a while so I waited and waited it's arrival.
I am very happy with my purchase, but I am so disappointed in the customer service, I would not recommend storage4crafts, everything went well until I was looking for something that, I'd already paid for, when I emailed inquiring about assembly that's when things changed. I did point out that we still lived in the UK, etc, but it was then that the emails of support etc stopped, not even an expected delivery date was sent to me.
So yes, the Knightshayes is fantastic and I love my new sewing room, however I can't understand why I and others had to pay £300 more just because we are separated by a piece of water from the mainland. I definitely would not use this company again.

I purchased the exford and hart land and are both beautiful very well made and look great filled with all my craft stuff,I ordered the doors as well and it just finishes them off.the only thing I would say is that the handles on the boxes are a little bit flimsy.

Very happy with my cabinet. Very well made and easy to construct. Not put anything In it yet as I’m having a serious sort out.

My smaller version of the one leaf craft table arrived yesterday and I love it! The Devon Oak is such a lovely colour. The table fits easily into the space I have. The boxes give plenty of room for storage. There was a slight delay in delivery but quickly sorted. I am thrilled to bits with the service and my lovely craft table.

Excellent quality. Ordered more straight away.

The chap was on time, polite and never left anything for me to clear up. The cupboards I had are beautifully made and look lovely. I would recommend your company to anyone wanting any storage for craft things. More than pleased with my pieces. Thank you.

The storage is fabulous. Great quality. Perfect for what I needed. Antony delivered with no fuss or issues. Friendly chap. Thank you 😊

Parcel delivered on time. Friendly courier. All items present and correct. Easy to assemble following the instructions. Nice sturdy storage unit. Good quality

Great as it has all the boxes too so you don’t have to look round to find what fits in
I can keep all my craft stuff together and close the door and keep things looking tidy
Delivery was quick and simple and great when it was all put together for me too

Purchased Exford 160 with two types of storage boxes. Arrived flat pack but easy to assemble once got handle of instructions. Whilst one person can assemble it you need two people to lift it off the floor as it’s quite heavy, meaning it’s very sturdy. It fits into our room nicely and now just sorting all craft stuff out to put in it. Very well made and would consider buying another piece again if more storage was needed.

I really think storage 4 crafts units are worth the price and this unit is well made and easy to put together. It matches my main craft unit which is great. The delivery did take over 2 months to arrive but there have been a lot of promotions by them on Sewing Street. However I would definitely buy from them again

Kept informed throughout order. Driver was friendly and made sure we knew where screws etc. would be. Arrived within the time slot.
Product excellent.

Very happy with all the storage units I have purchased and found Kevin very helpful when I had a query with an item with a quick response

I must admit I was concerned as everything is done online but it couldn't have gone any smoother. If I had a question they replied straight away. On the day of delivery which was a Monday I received an email to say the van had broken down. They quickly arranged for it to be delivered on the Wednesday. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Ordering from the website was easy to follow. Communication was excellent. Delivery was arranged easily, delivery driver was very professional and courteous. The units were easy to put together and are now fully stocked. I would recommend buying from Storage4Crafts without hesitation.

Parts that have not been manufactured correctly and still waiting 2 weeks for a response to my message to customer service.
Shocking lack of quality and a non existent customer service.
