Storage Works Anmeldelser

A massive thank you to Jeremy, Lesley and Martin! My Nan has used your storage facility twice in the last 4 years and the service has been fantastic. You have been so so kind, friendly and helpful. You made time for a smile, wave and chat every time my nan came in. I cannot thank you or recommend you enough!

Great service - quick delivery! Hand gel leaves hands feeling very soft and does not dry out skin like other gels.

Very clean and the staff are very helpful. Doesn’t take long to get everything sorted before moving in.

Helpful staff and easily accessible
Very clean and efficient storage unit
Would recommend 100%

We recently used 1st Self Access Storage to see us through a house move. Excellent storage facility, very clean, easy to use, good size trolleys to use, good location. Padlock supplied at no extra charge. Mark and Matt were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use again and I'd happily recommend to anyone looking for self storage in and around Salisbury.

Excellent service at this storage facility. Good customer service and friendly staff with tea offered. Clean storage area.

Great storage, amazing service . Very helpful staff.

Used self access storage Salisbury to store my things in between houses. Professional, friendly and always happy to help. Recommend

Great facility, immaculate, clean with lift and trolleys available to move your belongings. Plenty of parking and easy access with lifts etc.
Staff are really helpful.
Highly recommend and would use again.

I had a unit in Salisbury for a few years and was always delighted with it. The staff, particularly Mark, were friendly and helpful. Good location. Easy to park. Open long hours. Plenty of trollies. Always clean. Overall a great facility.

Excellent customer service. Mark and Matt are wonderful and very friendly and helpful.
The storage units are brilliant.
I used their service since May 2019 until last September 2021, I moved four different units with different sizes and both, Mark and Matt, were extremely helpful and accomodating to my needs.
Also, I checked over 50% of the storage places in Salisbury and found out that this one was the cheapest one, which for me was very important too.
If I ever need a storage again - I would not hesitate to contact Mark and Matt, as I know that all my belongings are in a safe place and with good people.
I recommend first self access storage castle Gate Business Park Salisbury to everyone who needs additional space to keep their stuff.

I have been renting a storage unit at the Marston Green site for many years and must say I cannot recommend this place highly enough!! Marcus, Richard and the team are superb. The site is kept spotless, and they cannot do enough for you.
SUPERB……Keep up the great work!

I used 1st Self Access Storage in Salisbury, it was honestly the most simple process from start to finish. Matt is incredibly friendly and was always very helpful. Would recommend using this place.

Go above & beyond to accommodate & make it easy to meet your requirements. Incredibly professional, on the ball & ready with recommendations for other services outside of the scope of their own business. 100% recommend.

great experience
clean, easy access, helpful staff and even got a rebait for the two weeks I didn't use
Highly recommend

I had a 100sq ft storage locker as an overflow for when we were having to move house by ourselves.
It was the perfect solution. The staff were very helpful. The facility is clean, spacious, well equipped and very secure. It was also excellent value.

At a time when we were under huge stress moving house, these guys were so helpful and cheerful. Our removal company let us down, our truck hire company let us down - luckily our van hire co were very good. Mark and his team found space for us at very short notice, and made us feel welcome. The facilities are first rate and excellent value. We are not planning to move again anytime soon, but we would definitely use 1st Self Access Storage again. Very happy to recommend these guys.

From the start to finish the process of renting out the storage space was easy. Mark was so helpful, I would definitely recommend this to my friends!

Gave great advice of size of unit required and made the process quick and easy. Easy accessible and always felt very safe and secure. I very rarely went to the unit due to storing house furniture but always knew it was safe and there wasn’t going to be any issues.
Would definitely recommend if looking for long or short term storage. Staff always polite and courteous when required.
