Great Place To Do Business
We have had a great experience with StorageMart. The price was reasonable and people were really nice to work with. The location is great. The units are really nice and clean. Everything looks new. It is easy to access and the hours open convenient. I would recommend this to anyone who would like a wonderful place to store you items.

Be aware of the contract you sign! 70% increase in charges!
Be aware of the contract you sign. I have had my second storage unit for about two months and have now been hit with a 70% increase in my charges. They say I was told it was an introductory offer, but that is a lie. The local team in branch are great, it is just sad that head office are absolute sharks. This is my second unit and the first has not had such a large increase. I shall now be finding alternative arrangements for both of my units and they do not care!

Property manager at Cumberland Rd. is the best.
The property manager at Cumberland Rd. is an excellent representative for the company. I have used their facility long term. She has been helpful at all times, taking time to explain new procedures, working out payment difficulties, and handling any problems I had with the unit. She has been a stellar asset to have managing my storage needs. She's a big reason I keep renting there. TOBY N.

So Impressed!
I was recently very impressed with Storage Mart on Virginia Beach Blvd. I stopped at Storage Mart not because I needed a storage unit, but because I needed a large box to ship a portable washer. Sunny helped me find the perfect sized box and then helped me pack the washer in it. I feel this gesture was going above and beyond. When I need a storage unit, I will definitely go straight to Storage Mart. Thank you, Sunny, and thank you Storage Mart. You were a lifesaver.

Another rate increase
Another rate increase. I originally rented this 5x10 unit over 30 years ago (another company then) for $33 per month. After Storage Mart took over the price started going up. Just. received a notice that the new rate is $216.96 for the same unit. Time to start looking for another storage place.

Bait and Switch Price Gouging
How is this type of price gouging even legal? It should be criminal the amount they increase your rent to. Nothing else to say but what a garbage company. Closing my account after the rent went from $179 to $339 in only 1.5 years. All of this while offering new monthly rates for $150-$170 for the same size unit. So they know people won’t want to move their stuff every 4 months and they take advantage of you. It is the definition of bait and switch.

Buyer Beware
TRUST all of the 1 star reviews concerning this company's 'rent increases'. You'll start out paying a normal, reasonable rate and then you'll be hit with multiple price increases some within the same year. How you can justify $235 PER MONTH for a small unit is absolutely insane.

Awesome clean facility on 134th Pl, Olathe
Ray on 134th Pl, in Olathe did an awesome job in getting us into a perfect unit just in time before winter. He helped us determine the size and space we needed and worked with us on getting in right away.

Lucas was extremely helpful
Lucas was extremely helpful, and helped us make our final decision on our storage unit after showing us one in every size (without getting annoyed). He was very informative on everything I had questions about. He deserves a raise!!!!!

Beware Renters!!
There was a problem with the auto pay as I entered my newly acquired credit card since my old card expired. There was no notification of this missed payment till 5 days later in which the company charged me an extra 66 dollars for a 173 dollar monthly rental fee! That’s over 38 percent of the total cost!! Beware Renters!!
