Waste of time I contacted this company twice in January asking for a quote for the worktops doing and replacing sink \ tap and gas hob. I sent pictures and a drawing of the worktop with the sizes via whatsapp. I did get a message back after my first contact asking where I was located but that was all. Sent another message but no response. If you don't work in my area of South Yorkshire that's fine but at least have the decency to respond saying this. Now dealing with other companies who are more than happy to get back in touch and to quote to do the work.

Just had my worktops done and I can say I strongly recommend Stonecover Kitchens for their excellent workmanship -and care to detail - I cannot fault their final finish and everything was cleared by them. Thank you once again.

Amazing service and workmanship from Dan and Daz, right from initial quote Dan was precise and totally upfront no add-ons there was an incident with one of the worktops causing a delay with installation for which Dan gave us a further discount. My worktops are outstanding they have transformed my kitchen for a fraction of the price quoted by other companies for the same job with the same worktops. If you're considering renewing your surfaces look no further than this company! I started Friday morning with scruffy worn worktops within 5 hours I had a new cleaned and polished kitchen absolutely fantastic well done Dan and Daz real craftsmen

We were so,so pleased we used Stonecover. Their quotation was very competitive (best of 3) and no extras! The overlay work top approx 7sq m included a sink (cheaper than what we could purchase) and all necessary plumbing work, Communication was good initially a verbal quote over the phone, then a site visit to confirm the final price and to make a template of the required top. Upon completion the work top looked amazing and finished far better than we expected all in under 7 hours.
Cleaned up and left with a very satisfied customer

Can’t recommend highly enough

Despite living in London Dan took the time to travel down from Derby to discuss the work in detail before returning a couple of weeks later to fit our new worktops, sink and tap. Dan & Daz did an incredible job, arriving promptly at 8am after a long drive and worked nonstop leaving us with an incredible new kitchen. Dan was so easy to communicate with, discussing various options for taps and worktops, and was incredibly knowledgeable. We wish we could get him to do all the work on our house!

Dan made time to come and survey the job and left us with a number of samples that . This before we had made a decision. He is a very personable and knowledgeable tradesman.

Dan and Daz turned up on time at 8am and worked through to 2pm. In that time they cut and covered in quartz ;

3 window sills
5 worktops all with splashback
1 kitchen sink and taps

I cannot praise them enough. Punctual, tidy and extremely knowledgable about the industry.

They have given us a quality transformation of our kitchen and at a most reasonable price.

As an Architectural Designer, it is very important to work only with the best trades people and products for our Clients. The service provided by Dan and his team was superb from start to finish. I would most certainly work with Dan again on other projects and highly recommend him to others.

Our kitchen looks brand new again now. Dan and Daz came and talked us through everything and we were so impessed that we ordered there and then. They made templates to make sure everything was perfect and arranged a date for fitting. They arrived on time and never stopped all day. |They were very professional and very easy to talk to . They also fitted a new sink new hob and upstand all in a day and I have quite a big kitchen. We cannot rate them highly enough. Just to say we did have a quote from another well known company who just sent a salesmen who roughly measured up. And their price was almost double, If you want overlays., do not go anywhere else,you will not find better and a marvellous price. Other companies send a salesman, then another man after that to measure up again and then the fitters. You can see why the price was so much higher. Dan and Daz did everything themselves from start to finish they cleared up after althogh there wasnt much mess, and made sure we were happy with the result. CANT RATE THEM HIGH ENOUGH IF YOU WANT OVERLAYS DAN AND DAZ ARE THE MEN TO DO IT. Thankyou both again Sue and Steve Gerrard

Dan was very professional from the start.Dan and Daz did a superb job fitting quartz overlay and fitting a new sink. Even when we had an issue with suppliers discontinuing the overlay we selected, Dan went out of his way to make sure we could still get one we loved ( Was my 1st choice but had to convince wife ).The quality of work was superb would score 12 out of 10 if I could. The price was unbelievable , I would guarantee you would be very hard pushed to beat it. Dan & Daz arrived on time,worked extremely hard, were very tidy and cleaned up any mess. Two years ago Dan installed new quartz worktops in our kitchen and we were extremely happy with the result. The worktops looked great and were expertly fitted. It was a pleasure to have Dan and his colleague working in our home and the cost represented very good value which would be hard to beat, and I did try! I asked Dan to fit a Franke Fraganite sink as part of the job. Two years on I have stupidly damaged the sink and it needed replacing so I got in touch with Dan again to see if he could help as I didn’t want to risk the worktops being damaged when the old sink was being taken out.
Dan agreed to help and he carefully removed the old sink without any damage to the work top and then fitted the new sink that I had supplied.
The kitchen now looks great again and I could not be more pleased and relieved at another job well done with no fuss or trouble. StoneCover Kitchens are true professionals who want to do a good job and they have exceeded my expectations on both occasions.

I have waited a year to write this review as I wanted to see the longevity of the product. Dan visited after we had a nightmare with another contractor who had supplied a resin to our 10ft by 5ft Island, they caused so much mess and stress that we didn't know if we could sort it (went the resin route as we didn't think we could get an overlay so big). Dan visited said it could be done. Big job as one piece so very heavy etc. Dan made me feel at ease, he was very professional. He did the template there and then, we only had a choice of one colour due to the size, this was fine as was colours we wanted. Dan came with his colleague to fit. Thoroughly impressed with their workmanship and finish - after just a few hours our kitchen was transformed. We cannot thank Dan enough. One year on we are super happy still looks like brand new. If you are considering an overlsy we can't recommend this company enough, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Dan for a super service.

In April 2024 we had our worktops supplied & fitted by Dan & Daz at our own home -and we were delighted by the quality of service & finished job, that they have now completed a similar job at a 2nd property for us. Again from measuring the templates to the fitting the whole job went smoothly, and again we are very satisfied by the quality of the work completed. We would highly recommend them.

Dan and Daz came today and did a fantastic job of putting quartz overlays in our kitchen they were really respectful of our home and cleaned up afterwards, their workmanship is exceptional, we gave them 5 out of 5 but would give them 6 if we could . From Tommy and Pauline Maghull Liverpool .
