Hi James, Many thanks for your review. We do advise that ordering outside of an order window can lead to longer lead times but do also appreciate we didn't keep you updated that your order was going to be more like the 6 weeks it took. Apologies for that.
You are very welcome re the size checking. As kit is made to order, if we see such differences, we like to check. It could be that you are ordering for various people or it could be an error and as items are made to order, they are non returnable.

Excellent experience with Stitch Rowing who went above and beyond to ensure my daughter had all in one suits for a rowing camp when another supplier let us down.
The website suggested a 4 week lead time so I called and spoke with Lisa who explained that everything is made to order. However, when I explained our situation and time crunch she very kindly offered to make the items we needed the next day! True to her word the garments were ready in time and fit my daughter perfectly.

Many thanks for your review. As we make to order in the UK, we do advise of a 4 week production time when ordering outside of an organised order window which can occasionally be slightly longer during peak times or across public holidays.
If ever an item is needed for a specific date, we always welcome anyone asking if we can make and send sooner. We will always do our best to accommodate when possible.

Great company and good kit.
Lisa is always incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any queries I have. The products are also good quality and produced with reasonable lead times.
Would highly recommend using Stich if you are a sporting society/club looking for a company to provide you with personalised club kit.

Excellent quality and excellent customer service. Have made several orders for club kit and they are so helpful with any queries, sizing, delivery timescales etc. recently needed to replace a AIO quickly and they were able to deliver quicker than usual to arrive before a race. Always friendly and helpful, thankyou very much!

Great customer service and amazing kit!
Great quality kit that has lasted me through school rowing and university and still has plenty of life left. Had a recent issue with postage of an order, but had some great support from Lisa who has been tirelessly on the case, and it’s been sorted. Cannot thank you enough!

Stitch have always been excellet
Stitch have always been excellent throughout my rowing career; super friendly and helpful team, always willing to go the extra step to help get you what you need, and never late or getting things wrong. There's no other company I'd want to be producing sportswear for a club I manage, when being reliable really matters
