Stitch Golf - good design HORRIBLE QUALITY
After much research, I purchased a golf bag directly from Stitch golf. I loved the style. I’ve now had it for about a year and a half! It is a mess! The zippers is broken, the bag is fraying and the pleather is wearing off. I should state I keep my bag at my club and due to my husband’s medical conditions I’ve played less then usual. I don’t take the bag up north when I travel….so about 6 months of my owning the bag it has been in storage!
When I called Stitch about my defective bag I got no where! Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare. They won’t acknowledge I’d bought the bag unless I could give them an invoice number (being a product driven business owner I can locate any sale I’ve ever made in minutes)! When I finally found invoice number they said they would sell me a new bag for 40% off.
These are luxury bags that are high priced and they told me there bags are good for a year and beyond that you are on your own! Clearly I got a lemon! I asked if I could send it back and have it fixed? They said no!!!
Has anyone else had a bad experience with this company! They sure have a great marketing department and good design but horrible customer service. At the price they charge the quality is terrible! Love to hear if anyone else has had problems with their bag….the guys that run the bag room at my club said they’d been talking about the poor quality of Stitch bags as they’ve watched my bag fall apart!
