I got a reputation sweatshirt. The snake stitching is not so good. I looks like it wasn’t finished properly.

I enjoy the products very much but sizes are big. Would have liked to buy a smaller size. Overall love it.

The whole purchasing experience was a disapointment. The delivery time was initially two weeks, but It finally took more than one month. The fabric of the sweater is thin and the stiching is invisible. Strongly considering asking for refund.

The absolute WORST! Most people don’t receive anything whatsoever, and of the few who receive items, it is often either the WRONG ITEM or the wrong size. When people call them out on Instagram, they delete anything negative and block those users. They also steal designs from small businesses. I ordered more than $200 of merchandise from them, waiting over a month for it to ship, reached out to customer service with zero reply for weeks, then when I finally called them out on Instagram, they cancelled my order and blocked me. This company is truly heinous and disgusting. DO NOT GIVE THEM A SINGLE PENNY!

This lady is stealing designs from The Archers Thread. Its disgusting. DO NOT purchase from this business. They are making money off of someone elses hard work

Ordered sweatshirt and ornament -website advertised a free ornament with the sweatshirt purchase. Sounded perfect because I get my daughter a new ornament every year and this was the one! But it NEVER arrived!! I paid for “expedited” delivery but only the sweatshirt arrived 25 days later. Stores have put away Christmas items so I guess this will be the first time in 30 years she doesn’t get an ornament. Too bad because she likes the sweatshirt and we would have considered another order.

This was beautifully stitched and true to size. I love the sweatshirt!

This shirt is perfect! The stitching is beautiful and nicely done. The shirt is very comfy and warm. Overall was great; the order was processed and shipped very quickly and at a reasonable price!

We only waited for 15 mins. The food was served quickly and tasted great. 8.5/10

That is false because that image is the same that was on your website when I ordered it. I have done everything to show you there was a size issue and I am asking for you to refund my money.

What you are showing is not what you advertised. I am a larger woman and ordered something that I measured against myself to ensure it would fit based off these measurements so I would be able to wear the item.
Going forward There are two options:
1. You to refund my money and send me a return label so I may send back this item due to the error on your side. And you fix the size chart on this page.
2. You send the next size up and a return label so I can send back the items. And you fix the size chart on this page.

The difference in size is insignificant. Because the Clothing is made from pure cotton, it will have a certain elasticity and the allowable error is ± 1 inches.

Ordered 1989 sweatshirt with two extra embroidered texts on selves.
It arrived after 8 weeks , poor quality, not colour ordered , no extra embroidery!! At $20!
Asked for refund no response from supplier!
Sent three e mails and they just aren’t answering or responding or REFUNDING!!
Will never deal with them again and would advise others not to

The quality of the stitch and sweatshirt material is extremely sub par. The sweatshirt came literally dirty covered in lint and small dirt smudges, and the stitching is loose on multiple ends. The “higher performance upcharge” material I decided to choose is very thin and nothing different from normal sweatshirt material. Overall very disappointed that I received a dirty, poorly stitched sweatshirt.

bought a hoodie saying it would arrive the 14th, thinking it would arrive maybe 2-3 days late i was fine with it. came 10, 10! days late. it took a very long time to ship or even move at all from the spot it came from. customer service was fine, could do better. although all these negatives, the hoodie is very good condition and very soft on the inside, looks exactly like the picture.
