The pair of blue Honda stickers arrived…
Corrrection! Correction! Yesterday I said I was not satisfied with the edging of my Honda stickers - my error!! I had them from a different supplier. It was UK number plate stickers I had from stika.co and, as well as a swift delivery they were top class and, with care easily applied to the number plates; they look great.
Stika.co are also professional, because if one does report a genuine complaint they respond quickly.
My apologies to Stika.co for wrongly attributing a product fault to their company.

Every aspect of their operation was excellent. Simple to order on the website, although I did make a mistake through inattention but it was correct by Tim following an email outlining my mistake. Comprehensive updates on the progress of my order with fast dispatch and delivery and a quality product. Could not have been any better. Thank you.

Poor product, poor service
Ordered a poster. Received a poor quality print. The paper is like the basic printer paper I have at home and the picture is pixelated, i.e. low resolution.
Furthermore, the envelope in which it arrived clearly said "Do not bend", but it was bent in multiple places. You can blame the post office all you want, but you choose your own business partners.
I ordered through Amazon and filed a request to return the product. I haven't heard from them since I filed it, but today I received an email that my request has been closed. The reason? The return period has expired...

We are sorry to hear your item arrived in such bad condition. We’ll raise a full investigation with Amazon.co.uk also.
We are looking to improve this by trialing postal tubes instead of flat A3 envelopes, once our products reach the FBA warehouses it’s down to Amazon and their logistics/couriers.
Regarding the return request, this is all handled by Amazon so I’d encourage you to contact them still and they should be able suitably refund.
We use the latest HP latex printers to ensure print quality is sharp and calibrated. Sometime with the ‘banksy’ range of images you might need take a step back to enjoy the full piece at a reasonable viewing distance. Where possible we always use vector images to ensure things are looking good.

I needed to phone the company before I placed my order, just to query a couple of things. The phone was answered quickly. The person I dealt with was very helpful & gave me clear information. I ordered some pens & they came in a couple days from me placing the order. They also communicated by email to let me know the progression of my order. Everything went well. I would recommend them.

Great quality and great customer service
amazing customer service and fast process and delivery. been struggling to find some pens and all 'major' companies failed to offer a well priced and most important - fast service.
